when the banking system was changing then the banks should have immediately up a fraud dept to check on every transaction that is being over their bank site where you . I once had an incident when I was at Liquor shop and they locked my credit and they explanation was that they did not have been to a .liquor shop, the bank presumed that my credit card had been stolen. This was later sorted with no problems; then there was a can when my husband was trying to transfer money yo Slvavkia and i was contacted by the bank advising that someone is trying to send money to Slovakia. I immediately contacted my husband and found the culprit - whew! I called the fraud Dept of my bank and advised what was happening, so another problem was accounted for - thank you !!
