The actor who played Hank ruptured his Achilles tendon, so they wrote him out of a couple episodes, and then they had to write into the show for a couple episodes.
Loved your reaction Dakara. Hope you stick it out till the end of the series. I miss this show but your reactions make it feel like I’m watching it all over again 😊
This is my all time favorite show, and your reactions do it justice. You are pretty good at figuring out plots , too. I feel its safe to say that season 3 will surprise and delight you.
Your Grimm reactions pretty closely match my own. A slow burn. There was SOMETHING there, with Monroe being the big draw, and the mystery of the captain keeping me engaged. It just picks up speed as it goes, then Rosalee wins your heart instantly and SUDDENLY it's an actually fantastic show. I appreciated the romance of Nick and Juliet also. So many shows don't allow their characters to be in happy, healthy relationships. Sure it turned to tragedy, but I always liked that aspect of the show, and at least Monroe and Rosalee have that same vibe. I hate how reliant on relationship drama "fantasy" shows can be, despite it being entirely unnecessary.
This is one of my favorite shows. I kept wondering why nobody was reacting to this, and the few times people did, it wasn't for long. I assumed it was some harder copyright issues. I watched this a few times, and there is more than once I go through and watch what I believe are key episodes. Like the first appearance of Bud. (The real star of the show.) Monroe's first time in the trailer, The first appearance of Rosalee, and her first reaction to Nick. Hank's first time seeing a wesen. Pretty much what I feel are important, or my favorite scenes. Eventually I started writing them down. I get a strange satisfaction just watching thos scenes, and not the entire series. I have 21 of those scenes out of 12 episodes in this season. Without any spoilers, the next 2 episodes each have one.
You must be patient when it comes to Renard it will take seasons to have your answer, the more impatient you are the more you're going to get it wrong about him.

One of the best episodes of season 2 in my opinion 😉

Rosalee and Monroe became reason to watch. So lovable!

Nick was bitter in love, but he was still in love
