While this is all "easy" in theory, you do need money to buy rental properties in the first place. And how to make money to invest is what most people struggle with.
Not once did I say this was easy, in fact I said it took me years, and this is how I currently invest my money. You need a vehicle to create income but I certainly cant tell someone how to get money in a 5 minute video lol

Simple Answer is to just start, save up 20% down and Identify a cash flowing rental in a market you like. Find a realtor who is investor friendly!
