The castle in the middle of the city makes it so obvious that the history told to the public is maybe not so true. So many old world buildings obviously made for entities much larger than us tiny humans. Oh the things a spirit longs to know the face behind the mask. I am grateful to be able to see it. TY❤

It's the Chicago Water Tower. Across it is the pumping station and fire department. They are part of the Old Chicago Water Tower District.
