I fell in love with her beauty attitude and voice from the 1st moment I heard her and laid eyes on her when I was 16 in 1996. I still listen to and cherish both of her albums to this day and she has one of my favorite voices of all time. I hope she makes music again one day
From time to time, I like to revisit Poe's material, and it's always really fun to find some new stuff that I'd never heard/that grows on me that I may have not appreciated before. This is an awesome interview.:)
Poe's two albums continue to be two of my favorite albums of all time. I just discovered this video and the live version of "Dolphin" at the end of it was huge thrill. Just this week I gave instructions to a cellist we are bringing in for a project to check out the cello on "That Day" from the Hello album. I'd love new material from Poe, but I am also very grateful for what we have.
Did you know that that back then the toy whistle inside that Cap n Crunch box generated the perfect frequency with which to hack into telephone company servers? Best cereal box toy ever!!! M.O.D. are you out there?
Wow! This interview reminds me of the middle school that made an examen of me 2. I was considered mentally retarded 4 telling as many kids as possible about hemp fuel and plastics.
Too bad artists like her dont get any attention anymore, not even on MTV, not even on the radio, and I haven't found a genre of music that will include artists like her on Amazon music. I guess I'm old, never thought I'd say that. Today's youth sucks, and they have crappy taste in music, ie: Mumford and sons, the lumineers, coldplay, beyonce Katy Perry!!!! What the fuck happened to Rock or alternative rock!!!
Lmfao, back in my drinking day, waking up one morning, with no milk, I used whiskey,. With all this AI music I made a song called Whiskey crunch, , rough

She’s not only gorgeous, her voice is dynamic and beautiful, and I recently found out that she’s a UNICEF ambassador.

Her album Hello came out in 1995, so somewhere around then.
The crowd surfing was so odd here. ❤️Poe though.
