Absolutely my favourite off the newest album. I imagine Batphone to be really hard to play live as its still not perfect but certainly better than the first time when they played it in Paris.
yeah batphone is my favorite too, the studio version is absolutely brilliant. to improve the live performance i think alex should get rid of the guitar to only focus on vocals. Imagine him actually nailing those falsetto's. A more theatrical approach like the way he performs "sweet dreams,tn" with tlsp would really suit this song live.

Live album and concert DVD definitely. This is the only way I can truly appreciate this Alex passion project. This song is an odd arrangement to me. I mostly enjoy Alex performing the song and playing the guitar parts. In my opinion the new album is not at the level of high quality songwriting and musical arrangement of the previous albums. I also love that Alex seems to be enjoying this new different direction and after being in this band 15 years I can understand him needed this.
