- If anyone knows a place is truly haunted, it can only be the security officers on duty who have to patrol the place at night. With CCTV all around the building, did the manage to capture any evidence?
Michael shares his first hand paranormal experiences working as the security supervisor of Peace Centre in this rare and exclusive interview in the Peace Centre Special series. There is a local Malay ghost podcast discussing about a creepy condo nearby Peace Ctr/ Wilkie edge. Elevators leading to other dimensions and creepy condo residence. Most grabfood/foodpanda/deliveroo riders are aware of this place and most avoid it too. I believe the whole district has its share of hauntings. Might wanna investigate more Eugene!

Studied at wilkie edge many years ago. That entire street is just creepy and strange with pimps loitering around outside peace centre, been inside the building once. Even the Mac there felt so weird and unwelcoming. Never knew PC had so much history though, shud have explored it more

This sort of confessions very rare to come by. And Michael can only talk about it so openly because the building is going to be torn down. Most places we would not be able to film this way.

In 2021, my girl science teacher ask me to join their suoer brain yoga course at level 4 -07/08/09. At the moment i enter the building till the toilet at level 4. I can feel the chill. That was in the afternoon when you can still see the foreign students having classes around n walking at main lobby. After the lesson. I still felt uneasy n did mention to that teacher the building has very negative energy. She claimed that theur center is clean n will not be affected. That was in 2021. From that on. I no longer trust the teacher.

You probably weren’t aware only. I was there from 2008. If you ask the right people, you will get the untold stories of Peace Centre even from back then.
It could be just psychological...that feeling of being followed and glimpses of shadow figures. When you're alone your imagination creeps in and your brain registers coldness and fear and strange sounds. Why not have a live camera capture those fleeting figures and sounds like those ghost hunters on the net who had succeeded in documenting them?
Cos it’s not so simple. I wish I could strap a camera on and get irrefutable evidence but it’s never just that straightforward

Frankly that was my thought as well. Michael did say he checked the CCTV and saw orbs. It could be entirely unrelated, or maybe signs of paranormal presence. But I am leaning towards the side that these KTV were operating illegally. But alas, no evidence

Wondered what happened at level 4 and the history behind it. Seems a lot of stories and chills at level 4 peace centre
Most of the management in charge of the building, like condos, wearhouses, factories, and shopping malls, they just simply make jobs more difficult for the security guards. They thought that the security guards were all made of robots...and since the guards are paid, they must do all kinds of stuns. Some site(s) is big and is very dark after 2000hrs. The building lights are mostly switched off, and the guards are not allowed to switch on the light(s) while during the patrolling. Most of the blood sucking management(s) they even make the guards like engineer, firefighters, commandos, spiderman (from one end walking and balancing yourself to other end)...etc... All kinds of unreasonable demanding. Especially the patrolling and clocking. During the late night, they need to perform the clocking and patrolling, and this duty only one person is deployed (based on rotation). The management never thinks about the security guards safety first. They only think of cutting costs first. Especially the condo site(s). After 2000hrs, most of the condo is very dark due to the stupid lighting. Most of the surrounding lights are all very dim...
I believe that if we were to ask those so, call 'MA' or those, Chairman, Counselor Member(s), to do patrolling and clocking during the late night alone, they will cry like a small kid... or worse still, shit on their pants...
Just quit if employers neglected safety! Not worth it working and risking life for them, they will not appreciate it and will replace you if you got severely injured or died. Let people know those heartless management and boycott them!!!

How come hauntings only take place on the 4th floor?
From the tenants, it’s because the Halloween horror decorations attracted them. From past tenants, 4th floor already got something wrong from before. And EMF is spiking in that area. Some parts have consistent reading of 3 and up.
You need extra solid iron balls preference 6 balls to patrol there alone
