Hi Eugene nice to see you three 😊 I have a confession of sorts. I live in Scotland. A few years ago i was walking home and it was Summer. The sky was nice it was dusk. As i was looking up at the sky i saw something blowing about and it looked like a black plastic bag floating around. It was kind of expanding and deflating. It had direction actually and there was no wind at that time so i had a feeling this was something supernatural. As i kept watching this thing imagine my surprise when wings came down from it and started flapping slowly like a dragon. It then just disappeared off into the distance. There was no other person around at the time so i couldn't ask if they saw it. Have you heard about this kind of thing before? Thanks and take care 👋

Man, idris has a wicked keris collection. Never really knew they have surface patterns, grips to hold them and such intricate details in the grips. Learnt so much from this video. Great episode.

The Keris are beautiful! And so much personalities.

Here are some keris nuturing tips (best every 'malam kliwon/javanese calender' for maximum spiritual energy (if applies) or twice a year): Preparation: 1. Prepare the keris blade that needs cleaning. 2. Prepare a fresh banana trunk, about 3 to 4 feet long. 3. A few limes. 4. Old coconut water or food-grade vinegar (to strengthen the metal and remove rust). This also acts as a protective coating against rust. 5. A bamboo tube of the same length as the keris blade. 6. Rose water (to fragrance the blade) OR preferably Attar oil (to protect the metal and add fragrance). Steps 1. Once the keris blade is ready, stab it several times into the banana trunk to remove the first layer of rust. 2. After the keris gets damp from the banana trunk, move on to the second step by rubbing the blade with lime until the rust is gone. At this stage, the keris blade will look bright and shiny. Sometimes, the patterns (pamor) on the blade may disappear, but don’t worry, they will return later. 3. Next, break open an old coconut and pour the water (or food-grade vinegar) into the bamboo tube. Then, submerge the keris blade inside. For the best results, leave it overnight. 4. A common practice is to soak the blade for three days and three nights. After soaking, remove the keris from the bamboo tube and rinse it with rose water (or rice-soaked water) to clean off any remaining rust. 5. To fragrance the keris, apply attar oil. The best oils for this purpose are saffron oil, musk oil, agarwood oil, sandalwood oil, or, if you have contacts in Indonesia, try obtaining ‘Warangan’. Applying the oil will darken the blade and restore its pamor patterns. Finally, let the blade dry completely. Additional: Using Incense (Keminyan) Incense can be used instead of attar oil to prevent rust. The thick smoke from the burning incense contains resin that seals the metal’s pores, preventing rust formation. It also aids in drying the blade. Additionally, incense has a pleasant aroma, serving the same purpose as attar oil in fragrancing the keris.

Hi Belinda and Eugene, always enjoy your videos, though will only watch them in the day, never at night LOL ! Have you been to the Fort Canning Club and Hotel, it’s been refurbished over the years but it definitely has hantu vibes. When my kids were much younger, we joined the club because it was pretty, had a lovely swimming pool, hardly ever crowded even on weekends. The bathrooms were at the far end of the pool, with steps leading down a floor, the tiles were dark maroon. The feeling when entering was really weird, echo-ey, like we were being watched so I made sure the kids showered super fast and we would leave. My husband waited outside for us to finish. A friend who has the 3rd eye told us to never swim there after 5pm, anyone would be crazy to do so as the place was known to have many entities around. Luckily it was a one year membership, we never re-joined !
