I restored and built my CB500 four off your 550 build, from the motogadget videos to just learning how to get it running you helped so tremendously. Can’t thank you enough for your amazing editing and video work
As far as titling/registering the bike goes. Go through Vermont. I have done it on a couple bikes with no titles and it works. They sent back registration, then I transfer it to my home state. Then I have a clean title
Came to the comments section just to say this. I've also done it successfully on 4 bikes. Two '78's, one '75 and one '82. All you need is a bill of sale and the DMV paper work
What about clearing the clutter, the "What ifs" project and cash up. Focus on finishing the builds that will bring more revenue and will free up space. BUT also keep the project you are attached to so you dont regret selling them. Hard decisions ahead! Thanks for all your vids
For the bikes that you need titles or registrations for, do the Vermont registration process but you might wanna do it quickly, they're trying to kill it!
So glad you are back. I love the behind the scenes of your projects and what's in the shed. Can't wait for more projects. I love the content. You should do a CDI build video. Many people are buying cheaper 80s and 90s bikes that have busted CDIs that can't be rebuilt.
I had a 305 Honda dream back in college. Over 30 degrees I took the bike. Under 30 I took the car. Electric start worked every time. Then went up to a 76 350-4 Honda. It was your Honda rebuilds that brought me to the channel. I am a fan on stock bikes although can appreciate the custom work you do.
You mentioned go kart- I would love to see you pioneer the way, in your classic style, by building a scratch "Cross-Kart" with one of your engines. Handmade pipe frame with angles, shifter, suspension, exhaust... two seater (make your wife smile)! I'd love to watch that, anyway.
I found your channel from the Camaro build because I’m a car guy. So loving the ideas of the new parts for that thing coming up! Foaming at the mouth on that coupe body! That thing with a minor chop on some 32 rails would be killer!
Thanks for all the CB content, I owned a 1976 CB550 when I was in the Army living in South Florida in the late 70s. I rode that thing all over Fla and all the way to El Paso when I got transferred. It takes me back to those days, thanks again. Wish I was able to purchase the one you have but not to be at this time. I will continue to watch and enjoy.
I'd love to see you put that Vette chassis under a Chevy shoebox. One of the wickedest cars I have ever had the pleasure of driveing was a 55' Chevy on a Corvette frame and suspension, imagine if you will a 450hp 55' Chevy that goes around corrners like a shifter cart. Did someone say Autocross? SOO much fun!!!
Here's my 2 cents. Sell the partscar, the Triumph, the 2 (almost) finished Honda CB 500's and the Little Kawasaki. Then you could think about purchasing a Miata as a base for the Ford body you have. I believe the Miata would be a solid start because it's relatively cheap, has a massive aftermarket and a huge community that could help if you run into any issues. I'm glad to see you're back here at UA-cam and look forward to the next video's. Best of luck making a decision.
You are just sooo talented. What really makes your channel unique is the time you take to explain in easy to understand detail for those of us who feel gratified after oil changes🤭🤝
Restore and raffle the bikes off to viewers. Sale all the corvette crap to the old man down the street and use funds to get that mill in the shop and fund builds. Good to see you back!
I'd love to see a set of bags on the 500, maybe a windshield, and a short trek ... to Illinois, where it could be in my machine shed and swapping miles with my Marauder. ;)
And in all fairness, content that you develop speaking to the enjoyment of the product you create AFTER it leaves your shop, is never a bad idea. A "Where are they now" sort of thing might be some great content as well.
Just my opinion, what got me into Classic Octane was the " will it run " video's. I love will it run video's!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think you should stay with Motorcycles and let Car guys do car stuff. To me your a Motorcycle UA-cam channel. Personally I'm not a big fan of BMW, I think you should stick with Japanese bikes. I have to admit that beamer cafe racer does look pretty cool. My advice is to feature Japanese Dirt Bikes, Cafe racers and OEM looking Bikes. Ocassionally maybe a BMW and KTM might not be too bad either. Maybe once in a while throw in a Chinese Bike too. So what if you repeat a model occasionally as long as it is a diffrent bike it's all good. I was sad you left and I am glad your back, here's to a prosperous Classic Octane youtube channel.
In my opinion, you should sell non-Honda bikes, and focus in 500/550 options, which are where you "feel at home". In addition to this, please consider a paint job in the gas tank of the olive green 500Four; the rest of the bike looks so good, that the patina on the tank simply doesn't match! Would it be too difficult and expensive to get the original 4 into 4 exhaust system? This would render the bike simply perfect! Greetings from Brazil...
I think you should cafe one of the mini bikes. Moped/mini bike sized two stroke cafe sounds like a helluva fun time. Also, have you ever done anything with scooters? Like in the classic Vespa/Lambretta scene?
All your vids are enjoyable to watch Taylor, variety is good. I get a bit lost sometimes with the technical stuff, but very watchable anyway. Keep em coming .
I really hope your channel grows as I have enjoyed the content for quite some time now. Would love to have one of your cafe racer style bikes. I have too many projects currently to build one but find them cool. Keep up the good work man.
This is probably not helping in the which one and what to do questions BUT I like all of them and it doesn't matter what you upload as long as you do upload something on a REGULAR basis :) ( As you know that is the secret to growing this youtube thing) rsm8
i was thinking of putting a 1936 chevy truck cab on a c6 backbone for a quick and easy hot rod, but i'm going in another direction now. the one you have would make for a good home for that model a body.
I wanna see that model A on the vette. LS fest with that would get some attention too. I've watched some of your m-unit videos. I would love to see more of that or even some custom RasPi controls.
my personal preference on continuing a project would be the apocalypse triumph, but would love to own any of the, specially the trumpet, jut looking foreword to more great content, thanks for all you do and post, would also love to see you run with the ford on the corvette chassis
Digging the Red R65. Would Definitely be interested in seeing more of it (maybe purchase the other R65?) ... Project idea though: GL1000 '75-77, Rat/Scrambler/Cafe?
Just came across your channel the other day and I don't normally comment but you do amazing work it doesn't go unnoticed! Would be awesome if you got your hands on an XJ650 Maxim for another build..
Model A autocross car is an awesome idea, but that vett chassis would be a real time suck. Get rid of anything you won't use in a year. If you put the Classic Octane spin on any of the bikes, they will sell.
Getting a Vermont registration is super easy and most states will flip it to a title. I’m into bike builds man, I think that’s your niche, love to see custom work, different looking vintage bikes with style. If your looking to grow do a mix of the old Hondas/bmw but add in some Harley chopper builds or conversions bet you can bring in a lot of viewers. A big turn off for me with a Channel is unfinished projects I get invested in them and pissed when they go missing! Hope this helps
what are the parts like to find for the 305 dream? could it be a candidate for a full restoration to showroom condition potentially to enter concours competitions?
Personally, i'm not too into restored bikes. Your custom bikes are awesome though. The cars are sweet too, especially the Model A because it's the oldest car you have and different from the rest. Maybe sell the parts vette? Honestly you should just do what YOU want, and document it. There is something to be said about having a manageable amount of projects though 😅 Also I miss the '73 Triumph bobber!
I would finish and sell the projects that you have started and look at different bikes to maybe restore or cafe racer , brat bike then sell them to get some cash flow moving
Do a ridged frame bobber or chopper project. Crazy high flake paint job, long forks/springer. Choppers are coming back. Not like OCC choppers though. That was an awful faze.
I restored and built my CB500 four off your 550 build, from the motogadget videos to just learning how to get it running you helped so tremendously. Can’t thank you enough for your amazing editing and video work
Haha same!
As far as titling/registering the bike goes. Go through Vermont. I have done it on a couple bikes with no titles and it works. They sent back registration, then I transfer it to my home state. Then I have a clean title

i dont think i will ever get tired of the classic honda cafe racers
The 550 i would keep for sure.
and i would keep the 500
I can relate to the “project hoarder”. They all have promise and that’s why I can’t let them go. Good luck😊 Thanks!!
I'd like to see the Triumph resto'd
What about clearing the clutter, the "What ifs" project and cash up. Focus on finishing the builds that will bring more revenue and will free up space. BUT also keep the project you are attached to so you dont regret selling them. Hard decisions ahead!
Thanks for all your vids
I want to see that triumph finished!
Yes restore your bikes. I love watching the bike videos!! They are very educational and interesting to watch! Bikes all the way!!!🏍️🏍️🏍️🏍️🏍️
Would love to see the Triumph project finished!
Me too!
Bring back the Apocalypse Triumph!
lets get back on the Triumph!!
would love to see you do a CB750 cafe racer.... and some traditional "how-to's" for the "weekend warrior" mechanic.
I like to see you restore the Triumph and make it into a cafe racer.
For the bikes that you need titles or registrations for, do the Vermont registration process but you might wanna do it quickly, they're trying to kill it!
I agree. Pretty easy to do a year ago, now.... I don't know.
I would like you do a traditional complete resto on both the Honda dream and the triumph for a change
So glad you are back. I love the behind the scenes of your projects and what's in the shed. Can't wait for more projects. I love the content. You should do a CDI build video. Many people are buying cheaper 80s and 90s bikes that have busted CDIs that can't be rebuilt.
Good to see you back 👍

For thr 305 dream you can a vermont registration cause it is less than 350cc and then get a title from your state.
That would be cool
I found your channel from the Camaro build because I’m a car guy. So loving the ideas of the new parts for that thing coming up! Foaming at the mouth on that coupe body! That thing with a minor chop on some 32 rails would be killer!
Thanks for the rundown on your project backlog. Some interesting projects in the offing.
Kz 750 electronic ignition upgrade. Thats what I want to see. Has nothing to do with me picking up a 79 project myself, I’m just curious 😉 😂
Keep them all (maybe find a barn to put them in). If I’d kept all the bikes and cars I had when I was young, they’d be worth a fortune now
I would love to see some old 2-stroke Yamahas getting restored
I vote for Honda Dream or Triumph or finish that funky BMW with the red seat.
the 5 window coupe on the vette frame would be so cool i always wanted to do something like that one day
I'd love to see that R65 finished. And I'd keep the Green 500 Honda and sell the rest.
Finish the top 3 motorcycle projects projects!
I’d love to see a beginning to end 750 cafe racer conversation.
Many projects , a lot of work , good luck 👍
I'd be interested in the CB500, 550, or future bikes. If you want to sell, I'd be interested in completed bikes
Definitely finish the beautiful BMW R65 and for the Triumph since you do not have title can become a full Flat Track racer.
Here's my 2 cents. Sell the partscar, the Triumph, the 2 (almost) finished Honda CB 500's and the Little Kawasaki. Then you could think about purchasing a Miata as a base for the Ford body you have. You are just sooo talented. What really makes your channel unique is the time you take to explain in easy to understand detail for those of us who feel gratified after oil changes🤭🤝
Thank you so much 😀
Post up what you want for the Green CB500. Had one of these bikes years ago.
Restore and raffle the bikes off to viewers. Sale all the corvette crap to the old man down the street and use funds to get that mill in the shop and fund builds. Good to see you back!
As for your bikes without titles, use the Vermont loophole to get them registered and plated, then transfer to your home state for title and plate.
Definitely marry the Z06 with the Model A
I would be interested in knowing a price on the finished 500.

"Went to Starbucks" hilarious 😂
Video idea, do what it takes to increase speed on a 125 or 200cc bike/scooter.
I think you should cafe one of the mini bikes. Moped/mini bike sized two stroke cafe sounds like a helluva fun time. Also, have you ever done anything with scooters? Like in the classic Vespa/Lambretta scene?
Glad to see you back! Whatever you get into first, I'm hyped
Triumph into a off road Steve McQueen scrambler tribute bike….
All your vids are enjoyable to watch Taylor, variety is good. I get a bit lost sometimes with the technical stuff, but very watchable anyway. Keep em coming .
Definitely finish the triumph!
Fix the tool that makes tools , the lathe
👍👍👍
I'm voting for the Model A body on the Corvette chassis. That would be fantastic and I'm sure it will pull in clicks and views.
My dream is to have a Honda CB - would be very interested in bikes you have in the future for sale.
Why not get those bikes without title registered thru Vermont?
I’d like to see the BMW get finished, cool different build.
I really hope your channel grows as I have enjoyed the content for quite some time now. Would love to have one of your cafe racer style bikes. I have too many projects currently to build one but find them cool. Keep up the good work man.
I’ve got a stock ‘80 R65. I would love to see you install that 860cc kit and get your comparison to stock!
This is probably not helping in the which one and what to do questions BUT I like all of them and it doesn't matter what you upload as long as you do upload something on a REGULAR basis :) ( As you know that is the secret to growing this youtube thing)

I would sell everything except the Triumph and the Camaro, of course.
glad to have you back dude!
i was thinking of putting a 1936 chevy truck cab on a c6 backbone for a quick and easy hot rod, but i'm going in another direction now. the one you have would make for a good home for that model a body.

I have seen folks merge vintage iron on Corvette chassis. I figure if you already have it, why not use it. It would be a wild ride.
my personal preference on continuing a project would be the apocalypse triumph, but would love to own any of the, specially the trumpet, jut looking foreword to more great content, thanks for all you do and post, would also love to see you run with the ford on the corvette chassis
The old Triumph would be cool
Love the will it run videos. Maybe some old triumphs would be cool. Would also love to see a superdream 400
same, would be cool to see "Will it Run, Can we Sell it" series
i want to see model A project !
Glad you're back. I'd like to see you do something with that Model A and the Corvette frame. That could be quite interesting and unique.
I would like to see a modern (1990 or greater) scrambler build, maybe a suzuki sv650 or other naked bike conversion.
All of a sudden you started showing up on my feed again!❤😂 ( despite being subscribed and notification on) I want to see 5 window coupe
Where would you put the CB550 for sale? Any idea of price?
Finish the BMW?
PLEASE?😊
That Triumph would be brilliant if you give it a bit of lovin'...
I’m a big BMW boxer fan so I’d love to see you finish off the project bikes and get stuck into the seized engine in a “will it run” video.
Model A autocross car is an awesome idea, but that vett chassis would be a real time suck. Get rid of anything you won't use in a year. If you put the Classic Octane spin on any of the bikes, they will sell.
Do the vermont loophole for the bikes you dont have titles for. I have done it 5 times now, its pretty easy!

Hope this helps
Model A on a corvette chassis would be awesome
what are the parts like to find for the 305 dream? could it be a candidate for a full restoration to showroom condition potentially to enter concours competitions?
Have you tried the Vermont route for the Apocalypse Triumph? It's worked a charm for me a couple times
More “will it run” as those tend to be very popular and maybe a road trip with your finished bikes… customer stories …
Road trip on a 'will it run' would be awesome!!!!!!
I'd like to see you put an LS3 in my 71 Corvette ; )
My favorite is the Camaro
How much for the 550?
Personally, i'm not too into restored bikes. Your custom bikes are awesome though. The cars are sweet too, especially the Model A because it's the oldest car you have and different from the rest. Maybe sell the parts vette? Honestly you should just do what YOU want, and document it. My wife is making me...
Hahahaha
More motorcycle…..less car!
Time for another Triumph build
Can you please share more detail on what exactly was wrong with the oil filter spring in the 550? I want to make sure I didn't make the same mistake 😂
The spring was on the wrong side of the filter. The filter should sit against the block.
Maybe do a road trip on the CB500?
Take us when you wanna buy a new project or when you wanna sell it. myself personally is interested in those kind of content
I'll buy the triumph! 🍻 List it for sale 😂.
I think stealing the vette chassis for the model A is the way to go. Cheaper than buying a new one I would assume
In Texas do they require a title for older bikes?
I would finish and sell the projects that you have started and look at different bikes to maybe restore or cafe racer , brat bike then sell them to get some cash flow moving
Do a ridged frame bobber or chopper project. Crazy high flake paint job, long forks/springer. Choppers are coming back. Not like OCC choppers though. That was an awful faze.
A Ridged chopper sounds even more uncomfortable than a rigid chopper.
