You are forgetting that Welsh is the first language of a significant number of people in Wales. They only speak English when they come across visitors from England.
As it turns out only 17% of people in wales can speak Welsh.
It depends on where you go... In the East and South the amount of Welsh speakers is lowish, though all children learn Welsh in Wales.
In some parts of the North and West it can get up to 90%.
You were so lucky to get that, er "stock footage" that fitted so seamlessly into your film. Exact same weather conditions and everything! 🙊😉😂

We have been working on how to make them longer. The problem is i dont want it to just be a video thats full of boring crap that nobody cares about like a lot of other people in the vanlife youtube scene so i generally try to keep it moving and interesting. We were limited on this and the next wales one due to lack of footage but we have some plans for our next one that we will be shooting in a week or so that will hopefully make the videos a little longer.
You are right. The further North you go the longer the days do get. In SUMMER! It’s the opposite in WINTER🙈

Wales can be an amazing place! Tourism infrastructure isn't there yet.
Well it certainly changed my opinion, as you know im pretty much Scotland, Scotland, Scotland but this definitely made me consider visiting wales more. That said we off to Scotland again in a week though haha.
Still another Wales vid in the edit though this time of the Coastal Route which if im honest i wasnt impressed with.

It certainly was cold too. Wales must have had a decent spell of snow and ice so the water had that extra bite to it. I only found out when i moved into the wrong place and got a cup full down the back of my neck! hahah. Awful feeling!

You wouldnt believe how noisy it actually is mate haha. Its horrific. Stay away from a VW Grand California is all i can say.

We did the day before we started the Cambrian way. It was nice, not quite Scotland though 😂. According to Google it’s 17% roughly down from 19% apparently
