Well, that stove took a while to heat the soup up but it seems to be a good stove after all. Well, it is easier if you prepare everything at home you just put it in the pot and ready to go.
That is the best way. Pre Prep and vacuum pack. That's what I did last camping time in August. It's been awhile and that old modern propane stove caught on fire. So we ate it cold. I wanted to start from scratch and test out the set up. On site prep with a 1966 Coleman 502 stove. Getting it together. Just got back from the woods tonight with the 1963 Coleman Lantern. Awesome time. Thanks for stopping by. Cheers.
These are shaggy Mane mushrooms part of the inky cap family. I just make sure they are cooked well especially if they are starting to turn inky. I found some nice ones they other day and after steaming them added to pasta sauce for a good long simmer. Have a great day.
I checked. No spoon. The old burner I had in there was a simple propane unit. It failed on me camping last month. Started on fire. I hadn't used that kit in a long time. At least I pre cooked my chicken and vacuum packed it for the trip. We ate cold chicken. So when I got I started the stove collection. Vintage Coleman. This one little stove is very good. Going to restore it and this is my quick camp rig. Thank You as always for commenting. Cheers.

@@ZPDSurvival You are most welcome
ah I didn't know inky caps were edible! I understand they're only good before they mature?
