This exercise caused me back pain and, the following day, numbness and slight heaviness in my left heel. I think that you shouldn't put your keg in the front.
I was given all these exercises when I broke my shoulder 20 years ago. Didn't do me any good, despite still doing them to this day. I still can't reach behind my back to scratch it etc.
And to think- rounded shoulders used to be a sign of feminine beauty. And there are still some misguided souls who admonish girls to always stand "with modestly rounded shoulders". 😠😞
I did this exercise yesterday; now I have pain in my backbone and the left heel. I watched a similar activity in other videos later. I wish I watched them earlier. This person does it wrong.
I've been having some trouble with this issue and apparently it's posture to begin with that causes those muscles to be tight and not the other way around. Not to say these stretches aren't important and doc isn't awesome but working on your the position of your shoulders is important too. I am just still amateur on this topic though 😊

Actually works!!! I immediately felt my posture was better and it looked better. Doing this consistently definitely helped

This is a wrong posture! I’m afraid it causes me herniated disc very dangerous.
you should always have strengthening exercises after stretches, otherwise there's no point

If you have any kind of shoulder impingement please and not lift your arms this high will doing this exercise. In fact contact your doctor first.
