So true..I always laugh when I see there vids bc they talk about the living area and you sit there thinking, what living area! I know bc of the roads over there why the cabover style is what has to be but man, I feel so sorry for those drivers over there.
@@shootingreal5945 European mentality needs to change as these cab designs. Engineers with creative minds should be given the opportunity to create there ideas, not restrain them. European legislation too inflexible and confining like a jail cell.

Any video is ok with me regardless of the format. Good and informative video as always. Can't go wrong with that 86" sleeper, but I'd be content with a T680 w/ 76" sleeper. Thanks for taking the time to film and sharing it with us.
Do you HAVE to have the upper bunk in the 62" or 72" ACAD? If a driver does NOT want or need the upper bunk on the 72" ACAD,or 62" ACAD,can they get an extra storage shelf instead?
This is by far the most informative KW sleeper video on the web. I do have a question though. Could the 62 in sleeper be modded to accept the fridge from the 72? Since the floor space is the same size?
Thanks Andy. Always get frustrated with the Kenworth brochures that do not really show many details. I am a Kenworth fan and every time I am in a dealership I check out all the literature. To me floor space was always more important, that's why I prefer the couch over the bed. A 72 with a couch would be perfect for me but if I had the dough I would get the big 86.
In the 86” studio sleeper, is there enough headroom between the sofa and the top bunk where one could sit on the sofa with the top bunk in the down position?
Good ass upload bro👍 But dam! I was actually hoping we were gonna get a chance to see that lil sofa option u had mentioned🙁.. it's all good tho, alot of helpful info as usual🙂.. Keep'm comin!
Hey Andy thanks for the video. I’m a flatbed guy but seeing condos raised roof sleepers sell for much less than a midroof. Have you ever measured the overall height of the raised roofs? I’m looking towards a used midroof but finding similar raised roofs for $20,000 less. I go into some low places but 12’6 will still get me where I need to go. Taller than that and I won’t fit safely. Any help is appreciated
Does kenworth offer a lower bunk dining table conversion option? And did you say some drives have successfully added a 32" flat screen ion the 23 in mount or did they add or change the mount. Are peterbuilt sleepers similar in size and design. Thanks for your video content. Very informative , well done and entertaining. Thanks again
I had a question regarding the hoods. Why does it seem that the lower hood/rear of the front fenders always slaps around on the w900? Is it a bracket issue? I have passed so many w9s in my career and the lower egde beneath the air cleaner is always slapping, and causing damage to the cowl edge.
I think the designer of these bunks is just a dummy or not a truck driver. 1st off the bed should be designed for one large size person. That would be for the “solo driver”. 2nd next cab should be designed for the team drivers. Top and bottom bunk. Trainer and a trainee. 3rd cab should be designed for the “couple” team. Larger wider bed for couples to sleep together. Windows? I don’t need no stinkin windows! Just the space for the bed, a decent fridge and microwave. TV is basically getting eliminated because of cell phones. The height of the cab is not really important other than for the drivers that quit playing professional basketball and drive now. And anybody that wants those super cabs well they can pay for them. But this should be the basic designs for the cabs.
It was about time someone made a video of the different sleepers Kenworth offers. Good work keep making more videos 👌🏽
Thanks for watching! Glad you like it
Should have shown the sofa one too. Great video!!!
If I had one on the lot I would’ve.
@@AndyTheKenworthGuy does the studio sleeper with the sofa have seatbelts for people to ride safely sitting on the back while driving?
What about the modular bunk models
Most informative KW video on UA-cam!!! Awesome job
Thanks!!
European cabs like dog houses. At least North America provides decent quarters for it's drivers. Thanks for this explanation Canadian friend.

Is the 86” studio sleeper possible to be on the KW990?
My only critique would have been to show a picture of the roofline outside. Can you get an 86" with a W990?
On the big cab they should offer an option where the bed is on one side behind passenger seat to back wall and the other side could have a table and chair with storage.
That’s interesting.
Nice EDITING was not expecting that🤣🤣😂😂👌👌
Love the K-DUB W900L W/72"ADFT.

What is the weight of trucks with the 3 different sleepers?
Really great video! Thank you for taking the time to do this one, it was extremely helpful! I really hope these videos help your business.
Thanks. They sure do. Gives my local customers lots of data to help make decisions.
Great! Knowledge of my favourite truck increased 👍
That editing at the beginning freaked me out!
Hahah. Just playing around.
Do you guys ever do custom fixtures in the vehicle?
Are we able to get a diamond vit interior without the navigation screen?
Yes.
Hey stupid question where do you get replacement couches for the studio
What are the weight differences between the 38" sleeper and the tall 72" sleeper. Trying to lose some weight on the truck. 97 w900l aerocab
Great video, very informative.👍
Thanks. Glad you like it

GREAT JOB ANDY!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍
Thanks Stevie!!
New to the world of trucking. Could you explain where the 62", 72", and 86" measurements are coming from?
From the seat. I’ll explain in a future video
@@AndyTheKenworthGuy Awesome, thanks!!
Great job, wish you would of showed the trucks as well.
EXCELLENT. Thank you, and great job.
Anyone know what the size mattress the 72inch
42"
Nice great job comparing the different sleepers, is the size outside of it very easy to tell which is which?
Yes. It is. Maybe that can be a future video.
On the 72 acad double bunk can you still get the window that looks out towards the trailer
Not with the upper bed. Only with a single bed.
Awesome video
Thanks!
Good stuff brother
Thanks for watching!!
In the 86” studio sleeper, is there enough headroom between the sofa and the top bunk where one could sit on the sofa with the top bunk in the down position?
Absolutely yes. The sofa sits lower than the bed by about 6” (I think)
How big is the pull out couch as a bed size on the 86 “ bunk
How much does a 62 inch stand up sleeper weigh?
Wish you would've shown an outside shot of the trucks before you jumped inside them. Would've liked to see the profile of each truck.
I hear ya. Maybe in a future video I’ll do something like that.
Can you order 72acft with sofa ?

Do you know if a 72 in. sleeper can fit onto a 217in. wheel base frame?
I'm a flat top guy but definitely with this video I am going tours the Kenworth vs the Peterbilt thanks for the info...
I was wondering for the t800 with 86 inch sleeper can you get it with one bed and have storage where the second bed would of gone ?

No dining table available. Yes 32” has been installed on factory bracket.
I put a 32 inch 4K TV mounted it on the passenger side escape door in the sleeper underneath the top bunk
So what if I need a bigger sleeper than the top of the line?
Custom
Nice video but how long is the bunk from wall to wall???
I love the 86"
How do they measure a sleeper to give you the size?
From the seat. I’ll explain in a future video
@@AndyTheKenworthGuy please add the t680 bunks too

Do you have access to a K200 Kenworth? Can we buy them for US specs?
Unfortunately no Greg.
I want one too greg
Wow! I want one!
Nice stuff
Thanks
Bigger is better. But that is my humble opinion
Weight difference between 72 and 86 double bunk
Time for KW to upgrade their bunk interiors. At least insulate the cab and sleeper so the outside elements don’t come .
Your very good at editing video
The other Kenworth guys just disappear like magic
LOL
What's still offered in the modular sleepers ?
42” is available
I need a 2017 kw with a studio sleeper with the bed that flips up and turns into a dinnette
Awesome I’m big fan of flat top good information!
Thanks for watching
Why cant I get a 680 with 62" sleeper? 52 is too small and 76 is too big. Really dont want a wimpy Peterbilt with a 58"
Good question. Was actually discussing that today with my co workers. KW definitely needs a sleeper in between.
Please tell KW!
You don't show enough of the cab itself
No place for a little microwave oven? yes or no?
on the 86" areodine sleeper
Only problem is the refrigerator, PLEASE, PUT IT HIGHER AND TALLER
How much is w990L studio?
240 canadian
