I took the one with Fletcher active meditation. Very interesting to find out that there is MONASTIC meditation and Modern meditation. I find it fascinating that even if I'm not paying full attention to the whole video, (tend to listen while I'm working), having this channel on some how makes me feel better. (Side note, I'm glad people are coming out and saying they remember details from very early childhood because I also remember, yet have been told it was, "impossible," throughout my entire life).

I had an NDE, and was shown that we live a multiple of lives all at once ..it's all about focus. I am still not entirely sure in my mind how it all works, but I was told (by my dad who was there as he has passed and he met me) that we live always, and can really choose our lives ....even this one has multiple options. Focus is what he said ...it's all about where you put your focus. I am working hard on this lol. Love this channel and listen daily . Best way to stay sane for me
I’m guessing your dad is telling you to FOCUS on what you DO want and not what you DON’T want and that’s how you create your reality.
So glad you shared this about FOCUS. I've been pinging on how important focus is (e.g. focusing the Awareness that I Am on/within the present moment) a lot lately. In other words, remaining centered in the Now is choosing to be conscious, or focused; and of course as we do so moment to moment, that all so important state of flow unfolds naturally in a beautiful, harmonious, and consistent manner.

Very interesting point Natasha made - "Ask a question and listen to the first thing that pops into your head. That's the Higher Self or a Guide. After that the mind comes in." We all get those "The fly-bys" as she called them. And often dismiss them. That's a very useful tool. Thanks Natasha and Alex!

She is so right on ~ my entire life I have had an aversion to snakes - all kinds - I could not even look at a picture of one or on tv - I did ask, "Why"? My guides showed me that in one of my first 'remembered' incarnations I was a toddler in Ancient Egypt and I was 'being bathed' in the Nile and the person aiding me in the water turned their back for a short time and a giant snake grabbed me and drug me under water where I drowned and was never seen in that life again - my sister at that time saw this but could not help me - she carried that all through her life - In this life we were together again and it was she that left this life early from MBC at age 48 - Since knowing this snakes no longer have that 'hold' on me but I still do not care for them at all !

19:12 this is awesome! This is exactly how a past life reading I had helped me get over my fear of being in a pool of water. In my past life I had a husband that tried to drown me in a bath of water. I’ve always wanted to learn how to swim, but I was always afraid of going under. I just learned how to swim last year and you can keep me out the pool now!

you don't think angels have souls? she mentioned that old souls fragment more into different realities or something, so perhaps this incarnation we saw now is just a fragment of the angel experience.

Just one Quora thread that said that some angels choose to incarnate for some purpose. If anyone has any links that could share, I would greatly appreciate. I will keep researching though.

I often have dreams of my past lives and my current parallel lives. I've actually had a couple where I'm acting as a guide or guardian angel. One that I can remember clearly is where there is an active mass shooter and I'm telling a person what to do in order to avoid being shot. Another one I had was where there is a kid contemplating a mass shooting and i convince him to give the gun to his father.
As an RTT Hypnotherapist, I've witnessed hundreds of times the incredible healing power of regression - understanding what happened and why on a subconscious level, feeling your feelings that got stuck in the process + releasing that experience and replacing it with something better. It's so quick, powerful, and life changing. In my experience most often this life regression is enough to heal most issues, but when necessary you'll be led to the past life and it's an amazing experience. I hope more people find about it and use it to propel themselves forward in a way they didn't even know is possible.

I believe that we have in our DNA 🧬 the memories of our ancestors, as a pass life.
Epigenetics. Research already showed this. Holocaust children or grandchildren higher rates of anxiety etc.
I believe that we may live some lives as our present ancestors. But it does not account for the range of different lives/cultures individuals see in for an example Brian Weiss books. some cellmemories are just passed down like any other trades. That has nothing to do with reincarnation

I raised myself in a Pentecostal church. I left church several years ago but i didnt leave God, Jesus or Holy Spirit. I battle learning this but i know God has led me to this channel. Omg..you know about the huge fire in Maui I assume? Thousands of natives there lost everything. They wouldn't sell their businesses to the higher ups & so it has all been "taken". I've seen a few comments on other channels from survivors of those fires & the reverse of what you said is happening. It will be the first "Smart" Island which us what the Powers that Shouldn't Be wanted.

Omg this brought me so much comfort. I have always remembered my entire life. I remember the day i was brought home.from the hospital in detail. My family was blown away when I asked about it and knew details they never shared. And i have many memories before 3 years old. I grew up believing that everyone remembered being a baby and toddler, but found in my teens that it wasn't that way. I was always told by friends or people i met "no you don't, that's not possible" love how the world is waking up. All the beauty through the dark times. This made my heart smile! ❤💯

The only thing I see when passing on the message of 'manifeatation' is one needs to "believe" that they "will receive", if this link is missing in gratitude, the asking remains only just that!!! I often hear that our souls experience many lives, and if this is true, then how is it that loved ones that have crossed over are able to greet us when we die? Wouldn't their souls be in another body somewhere in the universe at the time that we cross over?

Consider this: the soul is far too expansive/powerful to incarnate fully into a physical body. Therefore, it only brings in a certain amount of its "essence" when it incarnates into physical form. In fact, some have proposed that it would destroy the body if all of it was brought in. If I recall correctly, Michael Newton, Ph.D. touches upon this subject in at least one of his books that covers the experience we have BETWEEN (physical) lives. It's either Journey of Souls or Destiny of Souls. This also leads to the mind-bending topic of incarnating into more than one physical body at the same time (linearly speaking). It has been said that particularly ambitious souls seek even "more" growth/expansion by spreading a good deal of their essence between multiple bodies; but it has also been said that to do so can be precarious, because apparently the more soul essence (for lack of a better term at the moment) brought into a physical body, the easier it is for the individual to whether the adversity experienced during a given incarnation. In other words, we do and we don't want to spread ourselves too thin! 😁🙏
It can be confusing to wrap your brain around.. But time is not... our "past" lives are other lives.
We are everything at all times. We see loved ones because we experienced those beings in your incarnation. When we or they die life goes on just without your human body. There is no “time “ just now

With that said your higher self is the producer in the movie called life, and at each given moment all of the people individually are you, play the different parts to make the movie or movies to have various experiences of self. Or you can look at it like your at the fair on swing ride that spins around, you know that your swinging around and you see all the other things happening from the air or higher self. Yet at the same time all the other people or others you(s) are off doing other things, getting on rides, eating, walking, playing the games, and all is happening at the same time. You see the beach or land, or parking lot..etc. It is all happening at the same time. If we had access too it "all" we would not focus on what we came here to do, it would be overwhelming. It is used as reference point to the infiniteness of being that we/you are not some small dot in a round circle that we think we are, we are the circle -infinite, grand and beyond words and expression. You are everything that has ever existed. Hope this helps.

Look at the evolutionary aspect that she is explaining to you. You evolve from each life time. This evolution prepare you for the next life time. If you did a regression, you can get a clear way on how you can deal with this new life. I am learning so much from her.

I Don, t know if I understood everything completely, it, s Complicated to say the least... But maybe it could explain in some way what I have been experiencing lately... For a few seconds I see a short scene occurring, people speaking or something happening and it feels real in that moment and as it passes I know it has never happened.. It always happens during the day and wide awake, and it hits me by surprise.. Could I be receiving something from a other reality..? Sounds really mad, only mentioned it to my mum a d she said I must be dreaming.. But no, this is real.. since my husband died there have been many strange things but this is the strangest.
This happens with me. Not mad. I get some during the day but most strong in the space just between waking and falling asleep. Many times as I am almost asleep I am jolted awake as very real imagery, sound, feeling sense comes into my awareness. Not scary. Surprising at the reality of it.

I have memories of my great grandma on her hospice bed and my mom taking care of her. I saw my older sister as a toddler playing with her feet and we’d both laugh. She died before I was born and my sister and I are 4 years and 5 months apart

OMG, I totally relate to her story of being Closeted by the Outside world! I tried to fit in, by avoiding my moms abilities, and not talking about mine or hers with outside others - meanwhile I was the one going with mom to all the Psychic Faire's😜 At least till I hit my rebellious teens and became a real punk about it all 👿💩
I wasn't safe outside the home, or inside. Only when I was home by myself. I loved being home by myself as youngest of 5, with to much responsibility put on me at to young an age, like `Cinderelli`. Being home alone was so peaceful. No bullying from outsiders, or older siblings.

You know what I want to know. If we reincarnate and our soul comes back in another form or person then during that time if I was to pass away will I not be met with my family that just decided to come back to earth? For instance my dad passed on Thanksgiving day this year. If he decides to reincarnate and then I pass away then I won't be able to see him until his soul passes away again?
Yes this is a great point! I hope Alex's team make a note of this & ask future guests of their views on this mystery. Nobody has even touched on this issue!I believe you will be greeted by your Dad when your time comes. I've pondered on this question for years, looking for the answer. My mum died peacefully in hospital 8 years ago from natural ageing process, organ failure over 2 weeks. I visited every day. She was on morphine but often quite coherent. Two days before she died she told me she saw her Aunt Daisy standing at the foot of her bed at different times smiling at her. I said, well she is probably coming to collect you Mum. I believe that. There are so many stories like this. My feeling is our Soul is in one place of beauty & love (like a heaven) all the time, but we have avatars that are parts of our full natured soul, the avatar of each of us is here now in a body living our 85 or so years on earth or wherever we go, in every given lifetime.

Therefore, it only brings in a certain amount of its "essence" when it incarnates into physical form. In fact, some have proposed that it would destroy the body if all of it was brought in. If I recall correctly, Michael Newton, Ph.D. touches upon this subject in at least one of his books that covers the experience we have BETWEEN (physical) lives. It's either Journey of Souls or Destiny of Souls. This also leads to the mind-bending topic of incarnating into more than one physical body at the same time (linearly speaking). It has been said that particularly ambitious souls seek even "more" growth/expansion by spreading a good deal of their essence between multiple bodies; but it has also been said that to do so can be precarious, because apparently the more soul essence (for lack of a better term at the moment) brought into a physical body, the easier it is for the individual to whether the adversity experienced during a given incarnation. In other words, we do and we don't want to spread ourselves too thin! 😁🙏
Just wondering, since she has these abilities and can soul travel to her other selfs, do the other selves have the same abilities to soul travel to other selfs and so on etc. or is she the only one soul traveling? If not it would go for infinity. That hurts my brain.

It's all about experiences cuz thats all we take with us when we go. When one realizes that it gives everything value. Knowing there is value in everything helps it to not be quiet as heavy or daunting in this realm. It's all about soul evolution for sure.
Is it inly on EARTH that we reincarnate? Can one decide to go somewhere else in the Universe or can one say that one does not want to reincarnate anymore, but move up into higher spiritual dimensions? Who actually decides all the above mentioned?

My twin flame is living two lifetimes right now, concurrently. They were born 6 years appart & they know each other & know they are the same soul. It was a massive surprise to all of us! 😂 Fortunately, we've now got over the shock of it!
Their soul had two concurrent lifetimes, once before, as Sir Lancelot & King Arthur & I was Guinevere. I know that it's unlikely that most of us have been famous/ well known but, if you think about it, some of us must have been!
We've also lived countless lifetimes on hundreds, possibly thousands of planets.
Those facts aren't even the most remarkable!

Good question. Perhaps if you ponder it in terms of a "deeper level" of understanding about that which we "already know" it may help answer the question for you. For instance, I could learn (e.g. know) a ton about Italy, even learning how to speak Italian, but I will not gain a deeper more visceral understanding of Italy until I experience the country directly myself - say even by visiting it for a brief period of time. Naturally then, native Italians who have lived in the country their entire lives will subsequently possess an even greater knowledge/understanding of Italy compared to me, even if I did eventually visit there repeatedly, due to the amount & degree of experience they have gained by living there in a more immersed way.
