It's fair to say that the Juke was a trendsetter. Most manufacturers have a compact crossover on their books now thanks to Nissan's first high little hatchback. Is the second one still a leader, though? Let's find out...

One of the best reviewers out there! Great stuff Mark! I can't tell if you're enjoying to review these type of cars but you sure make it look like it. True profesionalism in leisure clothes

Funny I'm In Greece on vacation and already saw at least 10 of them past week - it seems they are flying of the lots , and guess what all of them where in Tekna package, so it seams You are up on something , keep recommending good cars and great review - as always.

Champion review as ever Mr N. One small question though... is it my eyes or did Joe give you a cheeky spray tan in post so you matched the interior? Could have been the lighting... 🤔

I had one as a courtesy car for a long weekend while my micra was in.
It was pretty good, sport mode certainly added a great feeling if pace but mine was a 6 speed manual. Though I'm not a fan of its proportions when inside I would actually be fine recommending it if they really wanted one. Unlike the 1st looong running gen.
But it's collision warning hammered down my brakes incredibly hard to ghosts twice. I was lucky no one was behind both times. So I do question these safety systems.

"So I do question these safety systems."
Those are mainly there so that manufacturers can show an edge in their marketing BS. Case in point: euroNCAP "ratings".

@@z00h yes to be honest they should have two star systems. Gold and silver.
Gold fir actual car safety (occupant safety etc like the old ratings basicly)
Silver for the amount of safety tech it has.

Wait, did you said “Akenta”?! Well that sounded fancy. Mark has notions of Latin, nice🏛

How did you get sacked from Seat? I seem to remember it was dramatic.

I just hope it is not the VW DSG200 gearbox! I'll run a mile from this if it is.

That is a lot of money for a stupid 1 liter, a definite step back from the sweet, punchy 1.6 liter MR16DDT engine that was the newest engine from Nissan a few years ago. For the price of a base Jule you can buy a MG HS Base which has 17 inch alloy, 1.5 four cylinder turbo, Mid Size SUV with 7 year warranty. for an extra $1,000 the next trim gets synthetic leathers, key-less entry, Sat Nav, rear seat recline-able, lumber support for driver, LCD/analogue dash, climate control, chrome trim, fog lights, lots of USB charge ports, Leather steering wheel and gear knob, sport metal pedals, push button start, LED tail light, indicators on mirror, rear camera, and rear sensors, Driver Safety Suite systems, DRL, Adaptive cruise all for $30,990 Australia dollars Driver away and I forgot touchscreen 10 inch infotainment. I was Shocked I could not believe it... $31K drive away price
