I am also a fan of the chest mount add on from USWE. At first it felt odd having the cam mounted that high compared to my Stuntman harness but like you said there isn't much difference and trying to wear a Stuntman or Gopro harness under this pack is kind of a pain. Solid review and love the story of Gimpy Watts.
I have a USWE backpack, the comfort is great, less bounce, and more comfort, I feel it at the shoulders and collar bone, I no longer hurt there, and so convenient and fast and easy to put the backpack on. But if wearing a torso guard, neck brace they might lead to discomfort if not worn properly or when the torso guard slides up as the chest plate moves the loop and it digs into the chest, if the pack pack straps go over the neck brace it will lead to pressure on the upper chest, which will be painful, but if you make sure it's not, and the chest plate is down far enough it will be the much comfier than with Evoc backpacks.
Unfortunately, I'm not a small guy. I'm 245. I've found that it feels like the pack pulls it down in the back and then the chesty slides up in the front. I have a recent video I recorded that I'll share and curious to see if anyone has a way to resolve it. @@B1KER
@@motoed That's interesting. I meant like how tall you are. Not weight wise. I will say that it does put the camera up higher than it would on a GoPro chesty, but where you see it in my thumbnail for this video is where it stays for me. I'm curious what's going on for you.

Definitely like mine
Looks interesting but if it can be used on other back packs would probably sell more
Honestly after using their backpack I don’t want to use anyone else’s.
@@B1KER yeah I might buy one. Lol
What pack is that? Does that mount work on the outlander pro?
MTB Hydro 8L, I'm pretty sure that mount can be used on any USWE pack, but you'd be better off asking them.
Uo! can you link the backpack and the attachment for me in a comment? Much love bro
It’s in show more.
I feel like it rides up on me and sort of chokes me a bit… not sure if there is an easier way to adjust it to prevent it from riding up
I could see that if you have a small torso. That’s a bummer.

What size USWE bag u wear?
I have one of the smaller bags that has a 3L bladder.
did you have to get an XXL extender strap?
I didn’t. But was right on the edge.
@@B1KER so what you're saying is, there's hope for me without it.
