Due to many wondering if the small wire connection instructions are correct:
The small white or the green with the yellow stripe is the connection/jumper between the center neutral lug and the frame on 3 wire cords only. With a four wire cable you must not use that connection so the wire is put under the neutral screw to hold it out of the way. It is just connected to itself inside the unit. All other green wires connect to the metal cabinet frame.

Did you or anyone here have any problem with hooking up the green wire on green screw.? but my green wire does NOT reach to the green screw. Someone told me I can move the screw closer to another hole on back on metal on mach ? I know the green is the ground .
I am scared to do that before I get advice.
