Yes! But just briefly, many are using correlation calculations to determine how different tests are related. For instance, if you created a a test to measure meaning in life you might give that it to a group of people (sample) and at the same time ask them to complete a test measuring depression, then correlate the 2 tests. I would suspect to see a negative correlation between meaning in life and depression. I think I have videos related to this but I'll check.
