I’m stuck on both
Shiv is so hard to manage in the early stage. Especially facing an early elite. I died so many times simply to finish one shiv run.......
Also, i find wisdom is actually really good in mage build. Mage is supposed to be smart, right? XD The damage boost will make the elites kill possible in latter half of the wave, because you can never kill elite with elemental build in early half of the wave. There is a crossing point in between when the number of minion grows larger , at the same time the damage boost enough to kill everything.

Love the shiv and Mage. Find it way easier than tasers. But one thing I do is always just focus the elites -- the bounces will get every other enemy. I just have to dodge
I don’t know why but I had a much easier time with this build than the official class guide build lol
I think wave 9's shop purchase of lumberjack shirt _may_ have been a mistake. When you can't directly one-shot trees, each strike against a tree sends out lightning to hit your enemies. You can no longer use trees as short-duration turrets now. (Note: I paused the video before wave 10 to write this, my statements here are conjecture and not based on what happens next)
Ah, this disagreement became moot when you hit the wave 13 shop and got Pocket Factory. Converting trees into actual turrets > using them as fake turrets.
EDIT: LOL! Ten minutes later you bring up the point. You really do know this game inside and out.
I remember when I played “sick” for the first time I got to wave 18 and bought a weird ghost. Yeah I lost that run almost immediately.

I am fairly sure that Lightning Shiv bounces actively avoid targeting Elites, much like trees. Whenever I’m watching where they go the Elites only ever seem to get hit if they’re in the way of a bounce. Can’t say for certain, but I’ve seen it way too much
You should upload some endless runs its a totally different challenge

@@frankberger8243 I was asking because I haven't seen it in action yet. Don't have the MODs but I'm interested to see how it plays! and don't see any videos on UA-cam on how it works.
