It appears to be in very good original condition,judging by the looks of the exterior and the engine compartment - it should bring lots of bids at auction,since there are not many survivors of the Mustang II in this condition...
My dad had a brown 1974 Mustang 2 notch back V6. Was given to him in the early 1980’s as his first car. He graduated high school in 1983 and he kept the car until late 1999. I was only 3 years old at the time he got rid of it but this video definitely brings back memories of it and my early childhood.
My Mustang was a Mustaang II notchback the same exact color as the one in this video. 2.3 litre 4 cylinder.
Love a Good Mustang all tho the 74' was probably the worst modelyear and the cheapest on the market

Because at the time the nation was dealing with gas shortages
There is a kid across the street from my place that daily drives one of these. Canary yellow (not factory paint), 4 cylinder, runs very, very, rough. Body is 100% straight, though. If I had room I'd make him an offer and turn into an "odd ball" project. Throw a Ford turbo 4 in there or something.
I would save my money if I were you, I have an emerald green stock body Mustang II with a 2.6 L V6 Cologne engine and a moon roof. Runs well and the body is in good condition, and while it needs a paint job, I'm afraid the paint job would be worth more than I could even sell the car for. The stigma around Mustang IIs being terrible and the quality of the engine kill its price.

I have a Tomica brand toy Mustang II Ghia that is identical to this car. Same body and roof colours as well. It’s the same size as a Matchbox or Hot Wheels model car. It has opening doors as well.
