I've seen an Autocall setup from 1973 with those pull stations and old-style Federal Signal Vibratone 450 horns on Space Age AV32 light plates. It's since been upgraded to a cheap Fire-Lite system with SpectrAlert Advances, but they kept the pull stations.
I have a Pyrotronics version of one with a flag style key. The pyrotronics version is branded MFS-2. I also have the original back box for it. These pull stations are extremely rare, it’s nice to see someone else with one.

Are you able to take some measurements of the key? I have one of these stations and I want to machine a key somehow.
