Century: Age of Ashes is a really enjoyable PvP aerial combat game with some excellent game modes, unique character classes, and lots of beautiful, fierce dragons to collect and ride into battle. It could benefit from hoarding more content since its handful of maps can become stale after a dozen hours or so, and it desperately needs some balancing tweaks and more options for its ranked playlist to prevent one class from dominating, but it already has the makings of a very strong dogfighting game with enough dragons to make the Dovahkiin proud.

Hard enough to make the multiplayer experience work, but sure.
For more class types this could take inspiration from how to train your dragon. If you actually take a deep dive into that series, there is a LOT of REALLY well thought out lore. And a sh*t ton of dragons.
It's pretty much my favorite non pixar cg franchise.
Have you read any of the HTTYD books or are you only familiar with the movies?
They're quite different from each other but are both wonderful indifferent ways

It would’ve been nice if you can dive underwater and break into the clouds to hide and comeback stealth behind are above the enemy

If Dragons can't swim, how did Drogon catch fish underwater in GOT?
1. Should've been named Century of Ashes or simply Age of Ashes.
2. Marauder has a track ability that counters the Phantom's invis ability.
3. That poison fog is probably the strongest ability if you ask me.

Age of Ashes is copywritten. Century is there just for possible future games. Such as Century: the Golden Age or Century: Draconian God's (idk trying to come up with something on the top of my head).

What lair did right was the 1v1 action. The ability to grapple an enemy dragon and rider to tumble through the air biting and burning each other was amazing
century is amazing and it will only get better in the future as more maps and modes (looking at you survival) are added, along with classes and maybe a battle pass system

It would be a great game if MM was more balanced - Even with cross-play it takes too long to find matches because it's heavily one sided 🔥🐉🔥

Was having fun on the 3 vs 3 after level 5 it's pretty hard wish would keep a perm 3 on 3 mode

It would be awesome if there are modes where you have to destroy an army on the ground and everyone’s competing for the highest destruction score. Hell even give them air vehicles Warcraft style to make it more interesting

Tried it the other day, it's been pretty fun so far
this reminds me of the game lair on the ps3, always thought riding a dragon into war is a cool concept

Free to play, a tad barebones but ts f2p and will get more added on later in due time that's a given, recommend playing. Gonna be big, not Fortnite big but big.

This feels like a spiritual miltiplayer sequel to Lair (ps3) but without the "Jump of your dragon and clothesline the enemy rider with your chainspear" mechanic 🤣

Mane, I've been wanting some sort of a dragon game ever since Lair on PS3. The problem with that game was the horrible performance (like the game ran constistently at 15 fps).
This reminded me that we need a new generation Drakengard so bad

Reminds me of lair, if this had more customisation, a bigger budget and some triple a effort this could be epic. If felt very basic to me, like it's a demo, even some off dragon stuff like using the rider to attack another would be cool. And not unrealistic when you consider lair was a ps3 game

there is a How To Train Your Dragon game it was like ok , and u do actually "Train ur dragon" to get stronger and stronger.

Would have been nicer if you could choose between Dragons and Wyverns
The time to kill is way too fuckin' quick.
It's fun but I'm missing something like a skill tree, where you can train your dragon individually, in terms of attacks or stats of the dragon like agility, speed, overall damage etc.
That would make it an rpg instead of the dogfighter-type that this game was intended to be. Who knows, maybe they'd consider a single player game mode or a PvE with such features.

This shows theres no such thing as dragon or wyvern, its all about case by case bases.
There’s a slight difference. A Wyvern is a Dragon, but a Dragon is not a Wyvern. It’s pretty interesting, you should look it up.

Sad to say this as an Xbox fan.. But this game has nearly the same amount of content as Halo Infinite! LoL
This game was made as a PS3 exclusive a few years ago. IGN: 10/10
Plus it’s the only dragon rider game there is that holds multiplayer. 🤷♂️

@@arkellhenry The review says too many people are using phantom class coz its invi skill is op in most gamemodes.
@@MrPangahas not really blast can knock them out of it so can the windguard smoke and you can still track them with hunters mark
@@MrPangahas the solution is to make the other classes stronger. No one likes a nerf and no one wants to be limited on what character they can play in a game like this.

170k watched. Less than 5% of that tried the game.
It was fun but once you complete all the 3v3 matches your tossed into the 6v6 mode and trust me. Its completely broken and way to many ppl to enjoy. You just get chased by 5 ppl the entire match praying a team mate helps lol the gold rush game mode os the only one me or my friends enjoy tbh
