My goodness, Rising Star has grown into very handsome 2 year old. Already so tall and with impressive conformation. He is going to be a big and spicy stallion. But he still loves Yvonne, and is so special. ❤

Whew that was alot of young stallion energy all in one place!!!! You all were amazing with them as they learn! Lol Oh yes! I noticed Risey’s growth and muscle development! He looks so fine!!!! Loving that prancey walk!!! 😂😅 He’s so beautiful! They all are! 👏👏👏🎉. It was so fun watching them transfer. Oh and Yvonne you just keep getting stronger and stronger as you ride! @@lindaallen78 I think seeing him next to Yvonne was what took our breath away as to how tall he has gotten. Yes, I’d love to see a measurement taken. He looked like he was finally taller/bigger than the other two boys.

I do hope, Pieter and Rinse Janko get to stay for a while yet. I've always loved the occasional footage of the older colts. They're just so magnificent at around age 3, when they are almost fully grown, but can still play together.

Risey was giving Yvonne a good workout on the walk from pasture to barn. She’s gotten so much of her strength back as Risey was making it spicy, and with his size, it took some effort.😅
@@topcatwarrior I know right, some people are saying RS might be too much for Yvonne but he's a good exercise to re-invigorate Yvonne's strength back to a 100% prior to the unfortunate horse accident.

However, more realistically, do worry for her safety.....kind of contradictory, I know... But...

I love how the littles get outside and at first aren’t sure where they are and then they start to play and jump and kick. Risey is truly becoming a beautiful stallion. You can tell he’s well cared for. What fun to watch him grow from that once little jumping and kicking out in the field to this strong and independent 2 year old!

Risey has gotten so big and strong! It shows how important early training and love is in handling such a powerful young stallion now. From the side view at 10:05, he looks taller than his friends. I’ve missed him! So good to see Stal G and friends!!
Rising Star has really grown into a fantastic stallion two years after his arrival among us, wonderful to be able to see that the bond he holds with the other horses is maintained day after day ❤
Watching Risey trotting from behind I'm remembering the first time he was brought to Stal G and how tiny he was . I got a little misty eyed.
That was quite a day....sad, but also beautiful..What a mare, is Uniek!

I watched the fostering introduction of Uniek to RS for only the 2nd time last night. I had forgotten Uniek's happy dancing from the moment she saw the foal. Very moving.🥲
I was thinking the same thing, watching them walk from the pasture.
I have to admit I cry a tear or two (or three or four….okay, a lot 😢) every time I see Rising Star JK 🌟 (Also happens when I see the 👑.) (Each video is an emotional trip…😂)
I will never forget how I watched with anticipation Rising Star ‘s introduction to Uniek. I sat and cried. Now he is a very confident, handsome boy and he loves Yvonne🌠💗💗💗

Think you called it, he's taller than she, awkward a bit, looking to his mama for guidance and direction. He has a nice rump for dressage and limber side ambulation. Maybe Yvonne needs to wear a helmet next time, until he learns the ropes of the herd moving from one place to another and understands her Intention 🎉

Love seeing Risey work his mommy's patience and horse handling skills. Yvonne, please be careful... RS is no longer that little guy who rested his head on your lap! He's a BIG boy now. He has become so strong! I bet Yvonne was worn out by the time they reached the stable. She really had to hold on tight for the entire walk. I'm glad that Rising Star trusts her. Otherwise, I think that he might have pulled away from her and ran!
As another Commenter said, he was doing a great job practicing his "Half Pass" moves! He's going to be great one day!

Her sleek, shiny, black coat made her look beautiful! She reminded me so much of our Queen Uniek, who did the job of moving the Colts and Fillies for years and years before she moved to Stal H. I wonder if this will be Jacobien's job now? I really hope so! I think she did the job very well!
Not knowing much about horses, let me ask those who do know, . . .
When Yvonne said that the horses were coming inside for deworming and the farrier, did she mean that the farrier would be looking at, and possibly working on, the hooves of the two year olds? If so, I'd *really* love to see that. I bet it's not easy!!!

I was wondering if I saw an uneven hoof on Risey's left hind. Wondering if they just getting a trim. Doesn't seem necessary to have shoes in the pasture.

👍 Agreed! Maybe they just start getting some sanding and trimming when they are two. That may be how they keep the horses from totally freaking out when shoes are hammered on later. Hopefully a horse person will see this and tell us all about it.
@@galerandall8773 Not a horse person but farriers have told me young horses are skittish when first approached. But, hilariously, old horses tend to "lean" on the farriers back and shoulders. Haha.

Skittishness is exactly what I'm expecting. I'm remembering an old video where Yvonne was showing Janet (Rising Star's breeder) how Rising Star had already learned how to lift and bend his leg, as necessary for a farrier. (It was the "Rising Star Sold" video) Rising Star was still quite young then (4 months).
I wonder if they try to teach the yearlings this (and grooming) before they are in the pasture day and night, and not around people as much.

It seemed as though going through the stables & the arena Rising Star 🌟 got upset with his reflection in the window of that "other" stallion!! 🤣😂🤣 It may be funny but dangerous at the same time! I believe those books are a good idea to get them used to their surroundings. Rising star is a very active breed, and it seems like that might benefit him. He is such a beautiful horse.
