OMG, what a naive comment 🙄 it's a propaganda as f****, It's just a theater for the Western people. For example, medical care in DPRK doesn't exist at all! maybe just for leader Kim and his family, but that's all. There are no basic medications and antibiotics. Neonatal mortality is about as high as in equatorial Africa.
