Andy Tauer‘s ACDD smells like the scent from back in the days that we are looking for so long. The scent back in the day never existed, but thats what ACDD evokes.

I love Phi! It's warm sunshine in a bottle. Going to get a bottle of Incense Rose soon also! I love Tauer fragrances, my first bottle from Andy was l'air du desert. Can't wait to try Sundowner!
Great Tauer list, Sebastian! I totally agree with your #1 and #2. I have them both, as well as Incense Rose, and I really enjoy all of them! Now I want to try a few more, especially LDDM, since it is such a “classic” of this house.

I have sampled most of the house and my favorite is Incense Rose. I own three from Tauer , and look to purchase Sundowner and Orange Star soon.

LDDM is my favorite and Lonestar Memories second, ACDD is great but I think is a bit redundant and prefer the dryness of the original.

Great video! Sundowner is a amazing scent but it’s so strong on my skin. I’m having a hard time trying to figure out the when/where I can wear this one.
I only have one of Andys Fragrances...And that is 02 Desert Morocain....Very Nice Sabastian!!!!

Spot on top ten Tauer Sebastian for sure I’m really enjoying Sundowner I get his L’oud peeping through in the first ten minutes but it’s so dialed down and then fades away into the beautiful Tobacco and Amber to become Sundowner, I wish the L’Oud was better supported in the original with some forgiving notes for I find it quite unwearable burning rubber and old engine oil right throughout.just my thoughts and personal taste great video be safe 🙏✌️
Sadly I never got into the L'Oud, I don't know why?
I’d like many of his scents if they didn’t have powdery and vetiver. Just not my favorite
Orange star is great but is so strong and make me feel my nose irritate, may be if was sofyer. I only use 1 spray
reflection or l'air des alpes suisses? Which one do you prefer

Thanks for this video. I’m having a hard choice. I want to buy my first bottle of this house. I tried to sundowner and it’s growing on me a lot. But after watching this video you’re number one choice intrigues me. Maybe you can help. I tried the Marocain but it didn’t do it for me. Is it that much of a difference from ACDD

I honestly forgot how much I loved each and every fragrance contained in the sample pack I ordered a good while back. You reminded me - but when I tried to order, 🙅🏻 shipping to USA AT ALL since 03/2020. 😡
Incense Rose is so good. My favorite. I need to try Phi une rose. I love gourmand so i like the apricot and almond sound.

Just picked up Au Coeur Du Desert today at Ministry of Scent in San Francisco. Loving it but wondering how longevity is? The cumin note mixing with my body chemistry lends to a bit of a grainy BO scent. Have any of you experienced that?
Tauer makes some solid fragrances.

Is Tauer Perfumes a Niche house? And have you ever explained the differences between Indie, Niche and Designer houses? I feel like that would be a good subject to talk about- maybe leading into top 10 Houses in each category... IDK. I know Tauer is a star in the perfume world!

Im surprised you didn’t mention Patch Flash from the other line. From what I’ve heard it’s a great patchouli scent, I’m also a patch ho. I’ve been seeking a bottle of it for the past couple of years to no avail. I absolutely love this house, that being said, Andy Tauer does everything as a one man show, so he is literally the house. LDDM is my favorite and your #1 from this list was going to be next Tauer, but you’ve got me so intrigued about Sundowner now I might have to try that one first

@@ThePerfumeGuy My girlfriend came to my favorite fragrance boutique to help me pick my birthday present and it was a toss between Goldfield & Banks Desert Rosewood and Tauer LDDM. She like Desert Rosewood on me better so that's the one we went with but LDDM is still on my radar to grab a full bottle. I love it.

Unfortunate that you'll leave Twitter, hopefully you keep this UA-cam channel. I left Facebook completely a few years ago, so that means the combo {Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp} is a no-go for me. No plans to return whatsoever.

Are there any great fragrances with tar or rubber notes to them? Around ten years ago I use to wear Bvlgari Black (discontinued) and it had this great burnt rubber scent that was really interesting.
I did get a pleather leather vibe initially from Lonestar Memories but now I get a very animalic leather with the pleather leather in the background.

I wonder if Lonestar got heavier as it aged and you picked that up? As far as explaining the change in perception in your nose…could be but sounds unusual especially someone with your experience. Interesting.
