I still think it'd be for the best that "Mama Funtime" improves Funtime Freddy's cognitive awareness to a point where he still has those moments of being silly while also being able to take care of himself instead of being treated like a child most of the time.

Why is puppet sound like a male
Because they’re voiced by a male actor they tried to speak with an effect that made the voice sound more high-pitched and female like but it just sounded a little too annoying
