Sounds great, but as a country we had that attitude in WW2 and the Allies damn near lost that war because we entered it too late.
At no point did we nearly lose the war. But a few months into it the US was out producing more arms, munitions, and vehicles than all of the Axis combined. There was no "win" state for Germany or Japan, only mitigated loss options.
Yeah and we never should have interfered. It was none of our business and Europe would be better off today if he hadn't. Maybe they'd actually be self-sufficient for their own defense instead of relying on our money and products.

To use an analogy, there's an encroaching forest fire on their town that had just begun and they're a forestry fire fighter saying that they'll stay home and protect their home if it hits their yard.
They're the height of foolishness and stupidity, thinking the actions in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan were fully bad or failures or that those are anywhere near the same fundamentally as Russia/China CCP.
I served in two wars. I'm fully aware of the nuance. The wars being successes but the phase 2 occupations being not.
China-CCP and through their extension, Russia, the goal is to eliminate the US and to destroy our capability on the world stage due to their own nationalistic desire to rule over our ashes.
My two years in Suzhou and Beijing showed me this is also about a Han-racial nationalist fervor, similar to Germany 1938, but worse.
Like I said, there's a reason only the foolish or the minority honestly think this way and this kid -- like many-- are harming our country and his state because he's a useful tool to adversarial programming.

Dude speaks facts. I tried to join the marines, army and navy after 9/11. I was on heavy hallucinogens that morning. My father served during Vietnam as a noncombat veteran and EARNED his citizenship. I was willing to die for the war on terror. If war comes to New York I will also dig my boots into American soil and fight to my last breath. My ar style rifle will bark till my dying breath.
