We recently graded the road from the main junction to our entrance gate which is about 1.5 miles (2.5 km) of road and now we are working on the roads inside of our community.
We have brought in dozens of tipper truck loads of laterite to dump on the roads and they are looking good. To check out how our roads are coming along and to see our latest progress just watch my latest video on The Eric McNeal Be FREE Show at • We're Doing the Roads ... .
Also, if you haven't done so, check out our website at www.migratingculturecrossing.com and check out our half price promo where we are giving a 50% discount on all of our models. Contact us for more details.

About Me
To me, being FREE means that you're Financially Independent, Responsible for Self, Enjoying Life, & Empowering Others. Over the past 25 years, I've built two multimillion dollar companies, consulted and worked with the world's largest corporations, experienced many failures along the way, and repatriated from the US to Ghana, where I built an off grid self-sustainable home in the mountains. Join me as I share with you the good, the bad and the ugly of my entrepreneurial journey, my life journey and my African repatriation journey which all helped me to be FREE, and I show you how to do the same. MCC is really coming together. Great work impressive progress!
Thank you very much.
Congrats Eric. Yes, things are coming along quite nicely.
The drone footage really helps us get a better understanding of the pocket layout. Really cool! Thank you for the update. 😊
yes
I watch Eric's video as fuel to drive myself forward. All the best Eric.
Doing it and doing it well❤️🖤💚😘
Once again, AMAZING PROGRESS!!! Every time I watch your channel, I start grinning from ear to ear with joy and pride. By the way, I absolutely love how MCC is road mapped in a circular configuration. Very innovative! 💪🏾♥️
Thank you very much. Yes, bit by bit the circle is being completed.
Appreciate your hard work Mr McNeal. I plan on traveling to West Africa before the end of the year insha'Allah (God willing) and I'll be in touch w/ you before hand.
So wonderful to see the progress🙏🏾💖keep up the Great Work!
The drone shot pieces-up everything. Its been a while since we had a glimpse of the nursery. Nice job!
Will be back out there soon.
I love you Bro, I could see it one can drive right up to the property an delivering anything... What ah big difference that makes,
Yes, the road conditions are much better.

Great 👍 job
Great Work Eric! 😊
Much appreciated.
Keep going Eric.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Great job! Love what you’re doing.
Where is the location in Accra? How often do you do tours to see your development you have built? Plan on coming again to Ghana in 2025.
We're about 1.5 to 2 hours from the airport in the Eastern Region in Somanya. Just contact us when you're ready to visit.
Ayekoo, once again Eric!
Perhaps, you should consider using the abundant granite-ish stones/rocks to do cobblestone roads.
Keep up the good work, Mbra!
I mean the stones on the Akwapim mountain range. Sowah here.
Ayekoo, yes we have considered doing cobblestone roads, but it's very labor intensive.
Eric, Do you have Ghanaian roots?
Exciting work Eric ! You have made a lot of progress. There are reports that cocoa production in Ghana is down significantly due in part to drought . Has the “drought” issue affected The Food Forrest development. As always continued Peace & Blessings . ☮️🙏🏾
Thanks William. Unfortunately it is indeed affecting us as well with the food forest. Will do a video with details soon.
William , unfortunately it's because of illegal mining of gold in the cocoa farms by the Chinese in cohorts with unpatriotic political Ghanaian elites. The rivers and lakes are been poisoned with heavy metals such as mercury and cyanide.
Way to go Mr. Eric! I love your project!
@@tanyaakpabio3169 Thank you!
Praying for rain and sending it your way🌺💦👍🏿
Good work bro Eric. The foundation looks great and impressive. Will be possible to use a monolithic foundation in some of those units?
Thanks. No, we won't use monolithic foundations as they are too susceptible to ground movement. I don't think I've seen anyone here ever use them.
Hows the dam going?
It's finished. Now we need water, but there is a draught.
Eric I noticed you don't use POP to skim the interior walls. Someone advised against it. Not sure what your opinion is on that one.
Normally you skim existing walls that need an upgrade while plastering walls of new construction, but it's Okay to skim them.
