Jerry talks smack while refusing to arm wrestle a guy better than him and insults the guy claiming he’s above them while having lost to them in previous matches. Thai would be the equivalent of Devon talking smack to Levan of Denis Cyplenkov after having been destroyed by both of them and saying he is better while refusing to take a match with them.

I appreciate that Ermes recognizes that Jerry can't beat Devon after what seemed in the past like an almost disrespectful understanding of Devon's power and ability. I always liked Ermes but more so now. Best of luck Ermes against that absolute monster you're about to face. Devon would beat Jerry but it would be fun to watch. It’s awesome to watch someone commit their shoulder inside vs Jerry because Jerry’s shoulder hits like a truck. Most ppl run from it but Devon knows it’s actually the best way to beat him
I know it's been a few years but we've seen how it went and that's probably how it would go and that's why I'm not terribly interested. It's likely to end the same way.

I mean did he not see the last match when Devon embarrassed jerry in the WAL? I realize they both improved but Devon is a monster at this point. John brezenk said 6 months ago the current version of Devon is the best he’s ever seen. Jerry has improved also but he’s still only got one viable move (the flop press) which he’s very dangerous in when he connects but Devon has his game more than figured out as he does most everyone. Devon puts jerry down with no pins on Jerry’s score card. I am in no way a jerry hater and I actually love watching him compete but I also watch a lot of other people and Devon is on a different level. If Devon doesn’t get injured in the match against levan I’m not so sure he wouldn’t have stalled him enough to tire him down to get a pin in later rounds of the match. Wouldn’t have won regardless but I don’t think people understand just how dominant Devon really is. He toyed around with Sandris earlier today who made a fool of Matt mask. Matt mask used to give Devon all he wanted, never actually beat him in a regulation match but made him push to the limit. That version of Devon was the same version that toyed with jerry and even let jerry connect with his press. Devon caught jerry in a press and worked through and beat him in a press and would do it faster today than he did then. Lol or not he would burn him and make him pin himself just to humiliate him.
The best version of Larratt is the one that faced Levan. Current version is smaller and weaker.

Levan is number 1 and I am in no way shape or for saying Devon would win. Just saying he could probably get a pin in later rounds if he wouldn’t have been injured in second round is all.

Only reason he isn’t still is because he wanted to pull in the 115kg weight class in arm wars so he could pull against Sandris. And he is in no way weak, he’s probably pound for pound the strongest arm wrestler in the game.
At the moment only Ermes can pull Levon and there is 30% chance as well. No one else, not even Denis at his current form.

I think it's more that the Europeans aren't used to Jerry's style, much like the Kingsmove was unknown. Devon knows going inside is the key, the rest will soon learn as well.

Just let jerry battle levon i dont know why everyone has to go threw 30 dudes to pull levon. Levon dont compete enough period. If hes so good he should be pulling 4 to 6 times a yr. The guy pulls once a yr so offcours he will win . Hes not all banged up like these guys that are fighting back to back to back most 6 times a yr. Make levon compete way more and see if he can hold doing that. Thats the big problem with this crap levon pulls once a yr and has tons of rest and training time these guys pull every other month almost. This all makes sense to me . Devon has pretty much already said he's done fighting Americans. He's beat all North Americans already, including Chaffee and Jerry.

@Jamin Turner I don't think Genadi is that easy for Devon, honestly. Ongarbaev could be a challenge for Devon too, because Devon would have to cut weight to fight him. And Ongarbaev has good endurance also... Ermes is a big challenge for Devon, probably the closest too him of the pack. Agree that Cyplenkov will probably win, but Devon will probably go back to his "pancake diet" for that fight, where he showed he was at his best when he fought Michael Todd and Brzenk last year. That Devon might have a chance against Cyplenkov..

1. Jerry was tired out from the kings move (Devon shoulder went below the table).
2. Devon cheated by having his right shoulder (away from the ref) forward before the go.
Devon doesn't have the strength to stop Jerry. Devon knows this. He had to resort to dropping shoulder under the table to wear Jerry out (effectively reducing his strength to less than 80%) and having his right shoulder forward before the go.
In a future match, you are no longer allowed to drop shoulder below table and refs will be more watchful of shoulders.

Facts (in chronological order)
1. Jerry easily overpowered Devon, flash pinning him easily (mass difference in power).
2. Devon then reduces Jerry's strength (tiring him out) by going SEVERE SHOULDER UNDER THE TABLE kings move.
3. Devon then later catches Jerry's press due to BOTH Jerry now being weaker (tired out) and Devon starting with his shoulder forward before the MATCH (cheating).
4. Elbow fouls do not effect 1-3.
5. Devon and MMT is nothing without the kings move. The spirit of arm wrestling is to see who's stronger. Kings move implies you are weaker and thus inferior.

Devon strategy is to reduce the strength of his opponent by using the kings move (because Devon is always weaker than his opponents). After their strength is reduced then Devon has the slight edge. Devon couldn't hook Prudnik without first reducing his strength. Prudnik wins 3-0 by flashing Devon
