Thanks for the detailed information on solar rigs, this is really helpful.
Wattage usage depends on various other factors like PSU rating too, fans in the rig(if you have any installed).
Also as you mentioned, Miner software does not show exact wattage usage.
To get a exact reading, Use a wall electricity usage monitor, that doesn't cost much and will give you an exact from the wall reading, no over the above rate of 15% or anything else will be required.

Power cut hone ke karan solar isliye band ho jata hai kyoki solar ka output terminals aur ye electricity board walo ke power ke output terminals parallel mai connect rehete hai, tabhi ye import aur export bhi hota hai, agar batteries laga dete toh energy aur Jada save ho jaati, because batteries can store dc, the power which is being generated by the solar can be stored in batteries and you can save more than 11000/- month for 10kW Solar Panels setup.
