Gen 2 is always going to be my favourite generation. I'm sure Pokemon games in the future will develop and becoming more and more advanced, giving people greater control over their character and the pokemon world, but Johto's atmosphere it just so nostalgic and calming that I think it outclasses anything that is to come

I loved that you added the small additions in the background (like the chromatic movement on 0:15 or 0:21) from the original piece, was hoping you'd include them. Thanks for the cover!

You absolutely must play it at some point, I suggest going with Platinum as it's the most complete version and has several quality of life upgrades compared to Diamond or Pearl. As far as music goes, it's really good. Gen 4 also just so happens to favor the piano for its OST, so you'll have plenty of material to work with if you want. Oh, your covers are amazing, btw!!
Recently Nintendo removed ALL "unofficial" sheet music from sheet music distributing companies including Musicnotes and I guess they're not allowing people to distribute them...it pains me to say but basically all of my Nintendo related sheet music have been removed for the indefinite time being. I'm so sorry for this sad news..I do hope they reverse the decision and put the sheets back online at some point. The only "good" news here is that I plan on making piano tutorial videos on these pieces eventually, so please stay tuned for those.
