I just wanna say thank you for the amazing videos. I ordered my unit with your link and installed the unit. But I encountered a big problem. The touch screen stopped working after installation. A Metal part was pressing too strong against the the cable from the digitizer. I slightly bended it away from the frame and now everything is working great. Big thanks

Hi Marko, Canbus boxes can be from different manufacturers but have the same functions. I think the Canbus model, in Factory Settings, is not set correctly.

Moi je viens de me prendre un Belsee BP3, qui semble être un clone de ce Seicane. Pour le moment, je déchante un peu : le mien était fourni sans le buzzer qu'on voit vers 9min00 dans la vidéo, donc j'ai plus mes radars de recul qui sonnent... Et le son est très parasité, comme s'il manquait un raccord à la masse quelque part. Je peaufine mon installation donc... Mais sinon ça rend vraiment bien, même si c'est pas tout à fait la même teinte que d'origine. Avant ça, j'avais un Parrot Asteroid Smart et un kit d'intégration 2-DIN sur mesure pour la 308, et là, c'était vraiment parfait côté intégration. Je ne recommande pas cette solution par contre parce que le produit commence à vraiment dater et devient vraiment lent à l'utilisation... En plus il faut tout acheter séparément (kit 2-DIN, interface CAN, interface commandes au volant...) alors que les postes chinois modernes sont (en théorie...) tout en un :) N'hésite pas à me contacter si tu as besoin de plus d'info ou si tu veux des photos.
MrTizy75 je te confirme, de base, la 308 n'a pas de cage 2-DIN, mais un réducteur (avec un séparateur pour maintenir le vide poche / changeur CD et le poste) qu'il faut donc découper à la main pour passer le poste de remplacement. Mais c'est vraiment pas compliqué et c'est une matière compressible, donc même si tu découpes pas au poil près, ça passera sans bloquer.

Salut. Toate navigatiile dedicate pentru o masina anume au Canbus decoder inclus. Cei de la Mekede vand separat (optional) un Canbus care, spun ei, ca aduce ceva functii in plus, crede-ma ca este doar marketing. Deci navigatia pentru masina va functiona foarte bine si cu canbus-ul cu care vine.

My recommendations are these two: - 7 inch Android multimedia for Peugeot 308 ("Color: D Octa Core 4GB 64GB" version): s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DdwfxjB - 9 inch Android multimedia for Peugeot 308 ("Color: silver L4 carplay" version): s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DkrLQaD The 7 inch Android unit fits very well in the dashboard but has a 7 inch screen. The 9-inch Android unit fits well in the dashboard unit ( ua-cam.com/video/4orKy6xSbcA/v-deo.html ), but you will have a more protruding frame (I don't mind) but you have a larger screen: 9 inches. Both should work well in your car, they come with a canbus decoder to work the steering wheel controls. If it comes with a PSA-RZ-01 canbus decoder (I don't know which canbus decoder every seller delivers with their Android unit, anyway a canbus decoder costs $10, so it doesn't seem expensive to me) you will be able to set the original screen on the board onboard. If you already have original navigation on your car (with folding screen), these units are not compatible. I hope my links it helps you 😀

@@ryanstocksmusic From my experience, octacore processors with at least 4Gb ram work best. You can also choose a variant with less ram (2Gb, never 1Gb) but sometimes you will notice slowdowns. DVR is the option to record from a camera installed on the windshield, I prefer a dedicated camera for something like a 70mai A500. Carplay and Android Auto are communication interfaces between the android tablet on your car and your phone, basically you will have some of the phone applications displayed on the tablet screen, for me this is a very good function.

Salut, Nu stiu ce sa-ti raspund la aceasta intrebare deoarece nu cunosc prin ce metoda primeste acel ecran informatie. Chiar sunt si eu curios daca va functiona.
@@AdrianDragan probabil primește informații la fel ca și display-ul mic. Ca arata tot asa, temperatura, ora, postul de radio, la fel cum afișează și display-ul fix pe care îl au și celelalte. Doar ca mai are funcții în plus cum ar fi un test al erorilor dacă exista, sa schimbi limba, și setarea on/off a luminilor de zi.

L-am montat, merge f bine și sunt mulțumit. Display-ul de sus însă primea informații printr-o mufă care acum se regăsește în unitatea 2 DIN și cea de sus nici nu se mai deschide.
In primul rand felicitari pt. tutoriale. Sunt explicate perfect si de un real folos. Referitor la device-ul prezentat, nu sunt inca lamurit cu functionarea cu modem 3 sau 4 G. Daca introduc in mufa USB un modem 3G de la Digi ( cu card de date, fireste) credeti ca va functiona? Multumesc.

Another problem is that if I switched off the car and I try to use the radio it dosen't switched on like the original one... to use the radio I need to left the car on ignition or it must be started.
Salutare, Adrian, si eu sunt posesor de leu, 207 mai precis, cu motor exact ca al tau, si am o problema la ea in sensul ca atunci cand motorul e rece, pe plaja de turatii 1800-2100 rpm nu accelereaza continuu ci pierde putere, toate astea pana se incalzeste motorul la 90 grade, ceea ce ma face sa ma gandesc la EGR. Ai vreo idee ce altceva ar putea fi sau crezi ca as putea sa fac un drum pana la tine sa te uiti la ea(sunt din Braila)? Multumesc.

Din pacate nu pot sa te ajut cu mai mult deoarece nu sunt mecanic, tot ce fac este din placerea de a "bibili" la masina mea, asa ca un drum pana la mine nu are sens sa-l faci :)

Peugeot 308 is a great and durable car, and my car is also made in 2008. I can't tell you much about the 1.6 THP engine because I didn't use it. As far as I know, this engine would have been used on the Mini Cooper S.

Buna Adrian! Intrebarea mea nu are legatura cu videoul,dar cum nu stiu alta forma de contactar cu tine,m-am decis sa o fac pe aici.Vehicolul meu este 308 1.6eHDI.112 cp,an 2011. Am desfacut luminile din spate stanga(nu functiona lumina de marsarier stanga) ,si am intalnit o conexiune,ciudata,pozitivul care trebuia sa sa vina in pinul 4 ,venea pe pinul 6(in conector),care nu corespundea cu blocul de lumini,unde pinul 6 era gol. am probat tensiunea si cand cuplez marsarier imi vine 12v pe pinul 6.Este curios ptr ca este de mana a doua(vehicolul),si cu 85000km a trecut cel putin o data pe la ITP. intrebarea mea este daca si tu in vehicolul tau ai acelasi tip de conexiune. Am facut fotografii,iar la pinul 4=Alb,pin 5=Galben/verde,negativ,pin 6=Gris.Multumesc anticipat.
adrian stancu Salut, Nu este nimic in neregula cu acel pin pus pe o conexiune ce nu alimenteaza niciun bec. Practic in Europa, mai putin UK, lumina de mers inapoi este obligatoriu sa fie pe lampa din dreapta. Lampa din stanga are in mod normal lumina de ceata. Pentru fabricant a fost mai simplu sa schimbe pozitia acelui pin decat sa foloaeasca o alta instalatie electrica ce sa nu includa respectivul cablu, diferenta facandu-se intre masinile cu volan pe dreapta si cele cu volan pe stanga. Sper ca ai inteles :)
Buna seara Adrian!Am probat si am ajuns la 2 concluzii: 1-pinul 4 (alb) lumina de ceata.stanga spate. 2.esti un profesionist nivel dumnezeu(eu nu cred in prieteni imaginari),pentru raspunsul clar,la subiect si coerent. Aprecierea mea se bazeaza in raspunsul tau si in filmele pe care le publici.Salutari!
Poate ca gasesti ceva universal dar probabil nu vei avea acces si la functiile computerului de bord si nu vor fi utilizabile comenzile de volan. Hi man. Is not necesary to leave the microphne there because the car already has a site just take out your center light and there you will find the place to put the microphone. It actually have all the holes thats the reason why you have that round grill front the center light. Just a tip. But great job.
What about "Economy Mode"? In Peugeot you have power for radio etc. only for 30 minutes after switching off engine, then you have to run it for at least 10 minutes to refresh this time. This is really annoying in these cars.
The new multimedia are working only with the ignition in position ON. If we switch ignition to OFF position, the multimedia automatically enter in standby mode.
ON or OFF, no matter. Economy Mode will disable power after 30 minutes. As far I know disabling this annoying "Economy Mode" is imposible even by PSA service.
Nice Video again ! The "Radio" in your Link shows, its for Peugeout 408 !? But it seems to fit ! One Question, what about Tax, comming from US? And the Cardmaterial from GPS is for Europe also?
Peugeot 408 it's Peugeot 308 in China, the same car. The unit come from China. GPS soft it's iGo with Israel map and a Global map. You can use any other navigation soft from Google Play Store: Google Maps, Waze, Sygic, Here Maps, etc.

I just wanna say thank you for the amazing videos. I ordered my unit with your link and installed the unit. But I encountered a big problem. The touch screen stopped working after installation. A Metal part was pressing too strong against the the cable from the digitizer. I slightly bended it away from the frame and now everything is working great. Big thanks

microfonul trebuie montat intodeauna in centru masinii departe de zgomotele exterioare, iar antena gps departe de tine, pentru ca e o sursa de iradiere magnetica si radio, fix invers de cum ai ales sa o faci, antena era bine sa fie in spate sau in dreapta fata in masca stalpului. are cablu asa lung tocma pt a putea fi scoasa pe geam si lipita cu magnetul de plafon afara in caz de nevoie, adica in munti, padurri drumuri cu mute tunele, etc. la multe modele inclusiv antena radio e pusa in spate din aceleasi motive si pt interferentele cu restul electronicelor. mie imi place sa il pun pe parasolar care il pot cobori in dreptul fetei cand ma suna cineva. foarte faine videourile si bine explicate si filmate. eu am tot incercat sa fac dar nu reusesc singur.
Nu te contrazic, probabil asa este. Dar antena GPS nu are suficient cablu sa pot ajunge cu ea pana in spate, in schimb microfonul ar putea fi pus in mijloc. Multumesc pentru aprecieri :)

I have 308 from 2007. apparently 07 and 08 models have different canbus boxes, and i cannot find it anywhere. I purchased chinese multimedia and i cant setup steering wheel controls or to access to computer menu on top screen.

Canbus boxes can be from different manufacturers but have the same functions. I think the Canbus model, in Factory Settings, is not set correctly.

Daca montezi o astfel de navigatie vei fi nevoit sa renunti la ecranul central, oricum majoritatea functiilor vor fi preluate de unitatea Android. Moi je viens de me prendre un Belsee BP3, qui semble être un clone de ce Seicane. Pour le moment, je déchante un peu : le mien était fourni sans le buzzer qu'on voit vers 9min00 dans la vidéo, donc j'ai plus mes radars de recul qui sonnent... Et le son est très parasité, comme s'il manquait un raccord à la masse quelque part. Je peaufine mon installation donc... Mais sinon ça rend vraiment bien, même si c'est pas tout à fait la même teinte que d'origine.
Avant ça, j'avais un Parrot Asteroid Smart et un kit d'intégration 2-DIN sur mesure pour la 308, et là, c'était vraiment parfait côté intégration. Je ne recommande pas cette solution par contre parce que le produit commence à vraiment dater et devient vraiment lent à l'utilisation... En plus il faut tout acheter séparément (kit 2-DIN, interface CAN, interface commandes au volant...) alors que les postes chinois modernes sont (en théorie...) tout en un :)
N'hésite pas à me contacter si tu as besoin de plus d'info ou si tu veux des photos.
MrTizy75 je te confirme, de base, la 308 n'a pas de cage 2-DIN, mais un réducteur (avec un séparateur pour maintenir le vide poche / changeur CD et le poste) qu'il faut donc découper à la main pour passer le poste de remplacement. Mais c'est vraiment pas compliqué et c'est une matière compressible, donc même si tu découpes pas au poil près, ça passera sans bloquer.

Salut. Toate navigatiile dedicate pentru o masina anume au Canbus decoder inclus. Cei de la Mekede vand separat (optional) un Canbus care, spun ei, ca aduce ceva functii in plus, crede-ma ca este doar marketing. Deci navigatia pentru masina va functiona foarte bine si cu canbus-ul cu care vine.
La mia macchina è Peugeot 308 (2012) C'è un sistema bluetooth originale per il telefono in macchina, c'è la navigazione.

My recommendations are these two:
- 7 inch Android multimedia for Peugeot 308 ("Color: D Octa Core 4GB 64GB" version): s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DdwfxjB
- 9 inch Android multimedia for Peugeot 308 ("Color: silver L4 carplay" version): s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DkrLQaD
The 7 inch Android unit fits very well in the dashboard but has a 7 inch screen. The 9-inch Android unit fits well in the dashboard unit ( ua-cam.com/video/4orKy6xSbcA/v-deo.html ), but you will have a more protruding frame (I don't mind) but you have a larger screen: 9 inches.
Both should work well in your car, they come with a canbus decoder to work the steering wheel controls. If it comes with a PSA-RZ-01 canbus decoder (I don't know which canbus decoder every seller delivers with their Android unit, anyway a canbus decoder costs $10, so it doesn't seem expensive to me) you will be able to set the original screen on the board onboard. If you already have original navigation on your car (with folding screen), these units are not compatible.

@@ryanstocksmusic From my experience, octacore processors with at least 4Gb ram work best. You can also choose a variant with less ram (2Gb, never 1Gb) but sometimes you will notice slowdowns.
DVR is the option to record from a camera installed on the windshield, I prefer a dedicated camera for something like a 70mai A500. Carplay and Android Auto are communication interfaces between the android tablet on your car and your phone, basically you will have some of the phone applications displayed on the tablet screen, for me this is a very good function.

The airbag it's not located in the back of the plastic pieces, it is over the head after sunglasses support.

Te asigur eu ca daca nu dai volanul jos ,nu reusesti mare lucru cu nicio husa din lume.
cu volanul jos și airbag-ul scos, nu a zis nimeni ca altfel, dar procedura asta durează exact 10 min (din proprie experienta)

Nu stiu ce sa-ti raspund la aceasta intrebare deoarece nu cunosc prin ce metoda primeste acel ecran informatie. Chiar sunt si eu curios daca va functiona.
@@AdrianDragan probabil primește informații la fel ca și display-ul mic. Ca arata tot asa, temperatura, ora, postul de radio, la fel cum afișează și display-ul fix pe care îl au și celelalte. Doar ca mai are funcții în plus cum ar fi un test al erorilor dacă exista, sa schimbi limba, și setarea on/off a luminilor de zi.

L-am montat, merge f bine și sunt mulțumit. Display-ul de sus însă primea informații printr-o mufă care acum se regăsește în unitatea 2 DIN și cea de sus nici nu se mai deschide.
In primul rand felicitari pt. tutoriale. Sunt explicate perfect si de un real folos. Referitor la device-ul prezentat, nu sunt inca lamurit cu functionarea cu modem 3 sau 4 G. Daca introduc in mufa USB un modem 3G de la Digi ( cu card de date, fireste) credeti ca va functiona? Multumesc.

In ceea ce priveste functionalitatea cu modemurile 3/4G nu stiy sa-tu spun prea multe deoarece pentru net folosesc un telefon vechi pe post de hotspot. Din ce am inteles nu ar fi compatibil orice modem cu aceasta unitate.

Even on mine the seatbelt dosen't shown up, the only that showd on display is if there's a door open.
Another problem is that if I switched off the car and I try to use the radio it dosen't switched on like the original one... to use the radio I need to left the car on ignition or it must be started.

Salutare, Adrian, si eu sunt posesor de leu, 207 mai precis, cu motor exact ca al tau, si am o problema la ea in sensul ca atunci cand motorul e rece, pe plaja de turatii 1800-2100 rpm nu accelereaza continuu ci pierde putere, toate astea pana se incalzeste motorul la 90 grade, ceea ce ma face sa ma gandesc la EGR. Ai vreo idee ce altceva ar putea fi sau crezi ca as putea sa fac un drum pana la tine sa te uiti la ea(sunt din Braila)? Multumesc.

Nu stiu sa-ti spun exact care ar fi problema, ar trebui sa pui un tester Peugeot pe masina sa vezi daca da ceva. Din pacate nu pot sa te ajut cu mai mult deoarece nu sunt mecanic, tot ce fac este din placerea de a "bibili" la masina mea, asa ca un drum pana la mine nu are sens sa-l faci :)

Peugeot 308 is a great and durable car, and my car is also made in 2008. I can't tell you much about the 1.6 THP engine because I didn't use it. As far as I know, this engine would have been used on the Mini Cooper S.

Buna Adrian! Intrebarea mea nu are legatura cu videoul,dar cum nu stiu alta forma de contactar cu tine,m-am decis sa o fac pe aici.Vehicolul meu este 308 1.6eHDI.112 cp,an 2011.
Am desfacut luminile din spate stanga(nu functiona lumina de marsarier stanga) ,si am intalnit o conexiune,ciudata,pozitivul care trebuia sa sa vina in pinul 4 ,venea pe pinul 6(in conector),care nu corespundea cu blocul de lumini,unde pinul 6 era gol.
am probat tensiunea si cand cuplez marsarier imi vine 12v pe pinul 6.Este curios ptr ca este de mana a doua(vehicolul),si cu 85000km a trecut cel putin o data pe la ITP.
intrebarea mea este daca si tu in vehicolul tau ai acelasi tip de conexiune.
Am facut fotografii,iar la pinul 4=Alb,pin 5=Galben/verde,negativ,pin 6=Gris.Multumesc anticipat.

Nu este nimic in neregula cu acel pin pus pe o conexiune ce nu alimenteaza niciun bec. Practic in Europa, mai putin UK, lumina de mers inapoi este obligatoriu sa fie pe lampa din dreapta. Lampa din stanga are in mod normal lumina de ceata. Pentru fabricant a fost mai simplu sa schimbe pozitia acelui pin decat sa foloaeasca o alta instalatie electrica ce sa nu includa respectivul cablu, diferenta facandu-se intre masinile cu volan pe dreapta si cele cu volan pe stanga. Sper ca ai inteles :)

2.esti un profesionist nivel dumnezeu(eu nu cred in prieteni imaginari),pentru raspunsul clar,la subiect si coerent.

Poate ca gasesti ceva universal dar probabil nu vei avea acces si la functiile computerului de bord si nu vor fi utilizabile comenzile de volan. What about "Economy Mode"? In Peugeot you have power for radio etc. only for 30 minutes after switching off engine, then you have to run it for at least 10 minutes to refresh this time. This is really annoying in these cars.
The new multimedia are working only with the ignition in position ON. If we switch ignition to OFF position, the multimedia automatically enter in standby mode.
ON or OFF, no matter. Economy Mode will disable power after 30 minutes. As far I know disabling this annoying "Economy Mode" is imposible even by PSA service.
you need to wire a permanent 12v from the battery.. I know it's boring..

Peugeot 408 it's Peugeot 308 in China, the same car. The unit come from China. GPS soft it's iGo with Israel map and a Global map. You can use any other navigation soft from Google Play Store: Google Maps, Waze, Sygic, Here Maps, etc.
