I think it's safe to say that Cream has the saddest storyline. The fact that she's a toddler who lost her mother is just the cherry on top of also loosing all her friends.

In fact she is the only one left Alive in some routes,for example:Cream and Sally Duo and also Cream "solo" after Amy dying when failing quick time event in the duo
The moment cream had to leave vanilla under that crate while vanilla was calling for her help cracked the emotional plug
yeah, that was so sad, i almost cried on that part
Ngl, this game and Cream's route made me change my view point of Tails Doll A LOT
39:28 to 40:31 is probably the most saddest and depressing thing cream has gone through!

Tbh this video made me realize on how strong Vanilla's love for cream is
like she can talk normally and sometimes go against what her body is trying to do.
i almost cried when the brick falled on vanilla, that part is so sad
she is the only one to be able to regain control of her soul. and even sonic wasn't able to move when he briefly regained his body in the first game.
Them are all themselves. But exeller revived them (no demonization) by the negative souls. Which mean than the characters aren't full revived (their pallets change), so them are still themselves, but them do exeller orders. Sometimes them even feel bad for killing (example of amy saying sorry before hitting the hammer at tails head). And of cream doesn't stop with the "Mr" by everyone her talks to.
There is something extra that the Cream Route has, although I do not know if it is considered extra but whatever, it consists of doing the Duo Route of Cream and Eggman, but this time we must choose to abandon Tails Doll, then continue normally with the Route until get to the part of choosing, if we choose to Help Everyone and we reach the Master Emerald, eggman will be there but Exeller will end up killing him causing the Final Solo of Cream.

I believe that's the current trope of things?
Still, it is so heart wrenching to see an innocent child be forced to experience such things, to lose her friends, her only family, and ultimately her own life through potential suicide.
Of course, the old saying goes somewhat like this: "For evil to prevail, good men must do nothing." Understandably so, considering how easy it is to surrender. Not everyone has the guts to prevail and continue, and not everyone can see the same options in front of them.
This game creator truly understands quite a bit on philosophy, and plentifold in tragedy.
Man tails was a problem here, you suffer too much from him, good you pass this.
Even the worst endings are interesting. Can't believe that someone has actually made something interesting based on that horrible "creepy" story. And to an extent, left untouched only the fact that Sonic is posessed by something. Darn, I'm in a loss of words! Never thought that I would watch all the endings of an .exe game and not be bored by the fact that they are roughly the same (because all the endings look differently). The creator of this game has made a great job. Far greater than Round 1.

I noticed the soundtrack used Undertale/Deltarune a lot. Like Vs Amy was a metal remix of Vs Susie, which actually, they kind of do have some stuff in similar.

Cream does have the saddest storylines but has the scariest levels because in the levels if she’s in her house she will have to find the key as fast as possible without letting vanilla catching her because if you want to past that level your gonna have to put your brightness at max because you don’t know if she’s gonna appear or not and same thing in the duo ending with cream and Amy but only when you choose cream because sheesh that one was actually scary because the jumpscare vanilla did jumped me
Sally’s part/level in Round 2 is freaking terrifying. You have to run away from Exeller in Limp City as he keeps calling “Saaaallllyy”, and then you have the fake Antoine part, with heavy breathing and an ominous piano soundtrack. If you fail that level, you get jumpscared by Execun/Fake Antoine.
I got to where the part where everyone else is chasing cream. (The ones that died) I have a bit of trouble doing that. Especially going up. ;-;

After the solo endings, I suppose you follow with duo endings such as Amy & Knux if one of the boys we choose survive the fight with the dead girls
I think some duos will be impossible though. For example, if you try to save Eggman, no matter what you do next, he'll always die.
The only possible duos, that I could find looking at the select screen are "Tails & Cream" and "Knuckles & Amy". I'm not even sure Sally can have a duo, last time I tried, Eggman and Cream both died at the end leaving Sally alone.
