I confess that I only want to knit a yarn once so I try to give things away rather than rip out. Much of my lifetime was spent ripping and repurposing so it does seem odd to just send it out into the world but it also gives me a chance to search through my giant stash for something new and different.

Hi Vicky, Your sweaters are lovely 😊 One of my goals for this year is to make a sweater. Made lots of other things hats, mittens lots of shawls felted slippers and other. Guess I’m scared of tackling a sweater. Any ideas for first sweater. I so enjoy your podcasts. Take care❤️

I wish I could say that there is a method to my madness. I have ripped out old projects and knit new ones, I have ripped out old projects and let the yarn sit on the shelf. And I have let "disappointments" sit and marinate, hoping to love them more later. I have one of those disappointing sweaters sitting in a basket right now. What will happen? Any guess is a good guess. BTW, I LOVE both of your blue sweaters! I love the color of the first one and the halo and pattern of the second one. It makes me want to see if that yarn is still available!
