glad they still offer manuals these days. Just ordered the 150 hp leon fr with manual transmission. You safe money and have moree fun driving it in my opinion.

This looks like the ‘xcellence’ trim longer sportstourer/estate version, I wonder how much lighter the FR will be, since the FR doesn’t have electric seats?
I have the previous seat Leon (5F) 1.5 tsi FR DSG, and my gears are way shorter than this manual version. The 130 hp version also has a different gear ratio vs the 150hp.
229km/h octavia mk3. 1.4. now reason why max speed is 230 is limit in Ecu. it can be removed with vcds. i did on my . didnt have time to test it yet. but i sure will :)

Nie mam gdzie się aż tak rozpędzić więc top speed mi wystarczy, ale przy wyprzedzaniu na zwykłej drodze przydało by się jeszcze ze 30 km i 50 - 80 Nm😂 BTW bardzo głośno jest powyżej 130 km/h - szum powietrza jak na tą klasę zdecydowanie za duży. 🙁
I have the DADA code engine in the 5F Leon with manual, in this video probably the enginr is the DPCA. I notice that my gearbox is a bit shorter. 4th gear in my car only reach 200. Isnt supposed to be the same gearbox?

Well you do have more gears so it makes sense they are shorter

I think this car has been modified by software, I have the same model, 150 cv manual and with 3 gear and 6k rpm it takes 132 km/h and not 160 km/h
mine takes little over 120km/h in second. and third about 145.
Software can't change gear ratios

It is not limited by ECU. This is the maximum speed for 150hp.

I have Leon 5F, same engine and dsg7. Is enough but... for racing is nothing special.
