    It's been seven months since I brought the Honda Highness CB350 into my garage, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. Having owned several motorcycles in the past, I can confidently say that this bike stands out for its exceptional performance and versatility.
    Firstly, the CB350's agility and ease of handling make it a breeze to navigate through city traffic. Its nimble nature allows for smooth maneuverability, enhancing the overall riding experience. What's more, its impressive mileage of 43+ km per liter is a standout feature, offering both efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Achieving this mileage is easily attainable, even at speeds of 85 kmph on highways, and maintaining around 40 km per liter in city conditions, provided the rider maintains a speed of 50 to 60 kmph.
    In terms of maintenance, the CB350 requires minimal attention apart from regular chain cleaning, making it a hassle-free choice for riders. However, it's not without its drawbacks. The bike tends to heat up in heavy traffic conditions due to its air-cooled engine, but this issue dissipates once cruising at speeds of around 80 kmph on highways. Additionally, the stock headlight is notably weak, necessitating the installation of auxiliary lights for night riding or touring purposes. Moreover, the stock seat, being small and flat, may require modification for enhanced comfort during long tours, and handlebar risers can be installed to achieve a more comfortable riding posture.
    Despite these manageable shortcomings, the Honda Highness CB350 remains an exhilarating ride, delivering a perfect blend of performance and satisfaction. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with its performance and would highly recommend it to fellow riders seeking a thrilling yet reliable experience on the road.

      If you still think that another video is needed, then my H'ness is also due for 3rd Service, I will make another one. Kindly let me know.

    Firstly, how practical is this bike for a tall rider? I am 6'4.
    Secondly, is the heating issue very significant or minimal? I am asking this because it is difficult for a rider to look for special trousers/jeans and shoes if they are riding this bike to their office and back.

    • @rideForFun66
      @rideForFun66  7 днів тому +1

      Mishra Ji, I'm 5'7" and cannot touch the ground with flat foot, just toes only. Since you are 6'4", the 800mm seat height of H'ness will cramp your sitting position little bit unless you add some cushion to the seat and that is possible as I have also modified my seat to make it comfortable for long rides. You may try Himalayan and Suzuki V Storm. Both have 825mm seat height . Another option is Triumph 400 Scrambler. It has an 835mm seat height. As far as heating issue of H'ness is concerned, yes it's significant in heavy traffics. It's an air cooled engine, required air for cooling, so no issues on highway rides. For office commute, you need heavy jeans and shoes to tackle the heating issue if you commute through the city. Initially it does hurt when bike is new. But later on things get better and we get used to it.

    Sir, my nearest bigwing is 350km apart and now I am living aurnachal for job purpose. Should I go for honda as service centre is very far..

    • @rideForFun66
      @rideForFun66  Місяць тому

      Pritam ji, Honda350 is a very very reliable machine. It's wonderful to drive. Gives you powerful performance with segment best fuel efficiency if you remain gentle on the throttle. If you are not bothered about the distance of Bigwing location, then you can certainly go for Honda Highness350 or CB350 as per your choice. I have ridden my HighnessCB350 9100 km, but I haven't encountered a single issue so far. The only thing that will bother you is it's first service which would be scheduled within 15 to 30 days of purchase or 700-1000 km whichever is earlier. means you will have to visit the Bigwing again within a month. That's it. Later on service is done every six months. Do let me know if you want to know anything else.

      @@rideForFun66 sir, my main concern is the maintainance, availability of local mechanics in case of emergency. Isn't h'nss been sold and servicebale only in big wing?
      Also that I live in hilly area, road will not be always smooth. So may be maintainance will be required more frequently.

      Better go for another bike...may be RE
      350km is too far and not worth for any 2 wheeler.
      Fyi i own highness its superior in its segment..

      @@pritam4517 Pritam Ji, I understand your concern. Honda has 3 yrs std warranty. I got extra 7 yrs free warranty under a scheme, means my bike has 10 yrs warranty, but maintenance at Honda service Centre only. I cannot repair it outside. Main thing is no spare parts are available in local market so far. Honda has given fabulous engine, its very reliable but no one can say that 100% bikes are reliable. 350 km distance in hilly area is quite a big challenge. So, I would suggest you go for another bike like new RE Classic 350 or new Bullet. These bikes have newly developed engine. You can also have look at Harley 440X which is available in Hero showroom. Dominar 400 or 250 has KTM engines, you can also think about this option. Another quality product is Triumph 400 Street if showroom is nearby. But don't go for Jawa, or Yezdi.

    70 to 90 ke speed me milege kya deti hai, long touring ke liye pillion comfort kaisa hai

    • @rideForFun66
      @rideForFun66  3 місяці тому +2

      Ajit ji, normally Highnes ka eco mode samtal sadak par 85 tak ON rehata hai aur chadhai aur dhalan ke anusar on/off hota hai. Aagar aap 85-90 par lagatar chalenge to highness apko 38 se 40 kmpl tak mileage jarur degi. Lekin aap agar 70 ka speed maintain karte hai to mai yakin ke sath kehata hu ki highness apko 44+ ka mileage degi. Kyonki maine last week me 268 km mileage test kiya, Tank Full karke. Mai 75 kilo hu, plus 40 kilo load ke sath me test kiya. Jab dubara tank full Kiya to tank me sirf 6.08 Ltr hi petrol aya. Lekin unfortunately wo video bhich me thik se record nahi ho paya, isliye mai upload nahi kar paya. Jis tarah Mai highness ko chalata hu, jald uska bhi video mai dalane wala hu. Aap subscribe karke rakhna taki aap wo video dekh sake.

      Long touring par highness pillion comfort bahut accha hai. Mai khud meri Patni ko lekar lagatar do din 280-280 km ride Kiya hun. Meri patni ne comfort ke bare me koi shikayat nahi ki. Lekin iske liye rear shock absorber ko middle me set karna jaruri hai. Mai jab single chalta hu to shocking absorber ko last stage se ek kum par set karta hu. Agar dono log heavy hai to top par set karna chahiye taki shock absorber Puri tarah na dab jaye.
