Hello Bill and nice axe! ;-) I miss seeing a bit more content from your workshop. Do you do lacquer finishes(paint jobs)? If so, would love to see demonstrations of this in future videos! :-) I also seem to recall, you had planned to do a video on guitar intonation....would still like to see Bill Bakers take on that topic, as well! ;-) Hope your doing allright and take care! :-) Ps: Other possible topics for future videos: 1. amps(what is important to look for in electrics vs acoustic vs bass etc.). 2. Conditioning oils for fretboard(are some better than others and why). 3. String thickness and coated vs non-coated. 4. Plectrums(is some materials better than others?). 5. Pickups(what types are best for which instrument and music genre etc.).
Hello and thanks for watching! I wish I had some help to make and create these videos, as I do them by myself and load right from my camera. I'm not the one to ask on finishes but other stuff yes and I hope to make more vids in the future, thanks from Bill!
Hey Bill is this the one that used Louiseville Slugger wood? It looks like the one that ended up on display after the reunion 2016 shows! Also what made you go for the P Bass Pickups to be non reversed on these models instead of Jerry's traditional reversed layout for the pickups? Hope you're keeping well :)
Very sorry but they were never available for sale, and I'm no longer doing the work. I can tell you they were very costly just to make! The wood guys did an amazing job replicating that body!
Nice job cuz, that's an awesome lookin axe, is that a dean?
Um no, it's made by me and CWF woodworking in Newton, NJ. I left that part out, sorry....

Yes that is! The pickup layouts were changed. We were toying with ideas. Only the bridge pickup was wired anyway.....BB
@@Billvis77 thank you Bill! :)
Is this base available for purchase or would you be willing and available to make one for me?
