Spike, m'man! Being on keto, I eat a lot of eggs! I noticed here and your other egg videos, you don't season your eggs until after you plate. I've always done it while cooking. This is also when I add whatever I'm going to add (butter, marinara, salsa, cheese, pepperoni - whatev's). Am I doing something wrong?
Meh, there are arguments on both sides. I save it for the end as a nice little flavor bump. You can't really test how salty the eggs are when they are raw. Also try finishing with heavier salts, like Maldon, Hawaiian black, or some hooty tooty fancy salts for extra crunch. Eeeeeexcellent.😁
