Delivering like a champ as always. Thanks, Simon 👍🏽💪🏽🏆
Thanks, Simon! A little late for my morning coffee (which was already enjoyed few hours before) here but unexpectedly early for a month review, still a pleasant surprise to see this video in my feed!
Thank you for the roundup. Just purchased ‘Beat 'Em Up Archives (QUByte Classics)’. I didn’t even know it was released. Thanks 👍🏻
I'm no hero, just doing my job... I'll have the invoice over to you soon.
Thanks, Simon!
Great roundup. Really useful thanks!!
Thank you always look forward to your videos great work 👌👍🤜🤛
Thanks
Thanks mate!
I notice that the games with longer names (or names that are more difficult to pronounce) get "featured" on screen for a few more seconds than the games with short and pithy titles around here. ;-) I will keep that in mind if/when I get my own fan-made software project up and running. ;-)
Hahahaha good plan
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Auto like activated.
As a general rule, the (new) Android (& iOS) ports of SNK Neo-Geo games @2:07 are excellent, and for most people will be the best way to play any of that software (although they're only as good as the controller you're plugging in to some extent) with excellent screen-display options (e.g., distorting the image to resemble the subtly warped image on a CRT, etc.). And -crucially- two player mode *does* work, with controls being configured for each player (etc.). However, for all-too-human reasons, the team making these "ACA" versions has gotten better with time, and newer releases are generally better than the older ones: I hope they'll eventually update the earlier releases in the series to reflect the level of excellence the team had achieved with the later ones. As someone who spent _way too much money_ (but not much time!) on Neo Geo nostalgia, let me say: very few of the games from that library are still worth playing, so try before you buy… but nevertheless…
And yeah… did I really need to buy the Neo Geo mini and the Neo Geo arcade stick, given that these mobile phone versions would (several years later) come into being? No, I did not; and no, I'm not gonna get a refund.
I wonder if we'll get any new interest in the TG16 with the analogue launching this year?
I hope so!
Um...Did Puzzle Fighter 2 get a fan translation or a nude code? Yikes.
I thought the same 😂
