V Rising - Ziva the Engineer | No Hit | 10 Levels Lower, Frailed | Gloomrot Solo Boss Kill

- Level 50 Frailed vs. level 60 Ziva the Engineer.
Kill this boss to unlock Fabricator, Radium Alloy, and Empty Canister recipes. He also unlocks the Ball of Lightning ability. He's one of the necessary bosses for progression in the Gloomrot patch and killing him at a lower level will give you the upper hand when speedrunning.
I used Tier 2 Jewels with roughly average rolls for all of the skills.
In this video series, I kill every V Rising boss as 10 levels lower than the boss and 0% Frailed Blood. Standard PvP rules. Filmed in the Secrets of Gloomrot patch (May 2023).

These are great boss guides, because they jump right into the fight, and going in at a big disadvantage means I'm watching a player follow all the mechanics instead of brute forcing them.
im surprised a group of mobs doesnt randomly patrol through the boss arena, unlike in other fights hahaha

Hope has been rekindled. This game is so good because the bosses are hard to do. I'm trying this right now, this will be my 3rd attempt at this boss. I need to work towards the athaneum

Now do it on a controller 😁 the game is really great, but casuals will bounce away due to difficulty and stiff progression. It's sad to see the population drop off so rapidly. 😞

Stupid question : Why your C spell summons a skeleton on hit? In game description looks like the summon only happens on kill and that make a huge difference in boss battles.
Tried in game, it indeed summons on hit, I'm not sure if this is a Chinese localization error.
Spell jewel changes it probably
He's using Corrupted Skull, and it's in line with the spell description: "Launch a projectile that inflicts 80% magic damage, summons a skeleton and inflicts condemn." You may be confusing it with the Condemn status effect that Unholy spells inflict, which will also summon a skeleton if the target dies while debuffed.
an insult to the champ in battlerite sorry for bashing but i can't stand v rising's gameplay when we had perfection left to die on a promising af game rip battlerite
I played a lot of Battlerite and absolutely loved it! But I feel like V Rising took the best parts of it and brought it to a setting I like even more. Still a bit weird to see this beloved champ appear as a boss :)
wish the gameplay was less rewarding to those that nolife it in pvp.. gear=win

battelrite die bec it was only arena, I played a lot too, but for more ppl it was boring, and I still have hope some day dead island epidemic will come back :D that was the best game what I ever played
@@Daminionz V Rising's gear cap is super low in all honesty. No lifeing it is only gonna put you ahead for a small bit of time.
this is done on a private server with health set to very low
I'm using the Standard PvP settings, so boss health is default. It's all about damage uptime and keeping up the Condemn debuff for extra damage - that's why he dies this fast.
My dude you can look at the numbers and see how it works right in the video lol Why do you make baseless claims like this? You can go hit the boss once yourself and check it out
Well im a higher level cloths with the same weapon and skills and it dont make that much of a dent in his health
