That's was the year I was born. Have seen a lot of changes in them 72 years. A lot of changes in our country and a lot of changes in country music it that time. I love the music I grew up on. Cash, Haggard, and Jones. I was like, Barbara Mandrell's song said I was country when country wasn't cool. All my friends were listening to the other stuff and I was listening to country music. Most of the girls I dated didn't like the music I did, so I didn't listen to music when I was with them. As soon as I took them home, my music was on. I started dating one that liked country music, and I have been married to her 52 years now. Started dating her when she was 16, and I was 18 and got married a year and 4. Months later. Still both listen to gospel or country.
