However, I have problems when I want to install Tor. Kaliye does not install the one for iOS, and Kali does not install the one for Linux. Do you have an idea ?

You're either logged in as admin and trying to open Tor or you have a property set for tor to launch as a program with admin privileges. Check both.

Use a normal terminal, not a root terminal. The reason for this is because you are giving root permissions to an app. Kali is protecting you. Run it in the black terminal, not the red root one p.

Tor can be slow. If you already have a VPN I’d just stick with that instead of throwing tor on top of that
