How's the longevity of this? Is this plastic part easy to break? I'm tired of tipping my summit even while only going a few mph up my driveway lol
Why didn't you modify the stopper with a grinder tool as per the instructions? Did you do that part off camera?
Those things don't stay down. I've been running them for 3300 miles on my 2022 backcountry and I just took them off yesterday. Since day one, they bounce up and off, then the ski will wash over. I don't feel like it's ever been a major handling issue like caused darting, etc., but it was probably in my head. However, moving them in 2" felt like it made a difference in the powder and on the trail when they worked. A smarter trick to helping with tipping in the powder is your stabilizer bar delete which is a quick-connect/disconnect, spring loaded part for $15. It's great. I used one on my summits for almost 10 years.
Skidoo has the best innovation. Just wish they would focus on reliability
