Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Filling:
5 large eggs at room temperature
1 + 1/4 cup (250g) Sugar
1/2 cup (45g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup (90g) Plain flour
3 cups (720g) Milk
1 tsp (5g) Vanilla extract
2/3 cup (150g) Unsalted butter at room temperature
For the Cake Layers:
About 350g Savoiardi cookies
About 350g of Milk
For Decoration:
Chocolate bonbons and chocolate wafer sticks (optional)
