Nkce but definetly need some impruvment cz its a lot of shake from the bike or the road. Its nice to have those little steadycam arms. I thik it will be cristal clear with that thing
Yes exactly! It works great on a smooth road or at cruzing speed. Up shifting and engine braking doesn’t help the picture at all! I have that blade arm and will make a follow up video with that. Waiting on the cnc guy to finish the bracket to mount it to the bike.
Like your vidoe man! I just have the issue with vibration and have jellow look as well so not sure what the solve will be. I am gonna try some vibration damper that I can maybe get over the ball.
Yea you can get passable video depending on the road your on. If it’s real rough the video looks worse forsure. I bought the blade arm and am having a guy cnc me a bracket so I can mount it to the bike. When it’s done I’ll make another video on that whole process 👊🏻
No, the pocket 3 is not a 360 camera. If you just want to mount a camera to your bike and not think about the angle and just ride and film. The insta is perfect for that. But the pocket is better for everything else. And it has a built in gimbal so if you off your bike walking around the footage will be more stable. I have the insta 360 x4 and the pocket 3. There both great for different reasons.
I've never seen it mentioned, but for this camera or any of them, is there no way to run a USB up to it? That's the way I have my phone mounted on my handlebars. It's not like I'm going to run out of battery with just Google maps, or more often, a GPS speedo so I have a nice big digital speedo (my bike's retro styled w/ 'clocks', and my phone battery is topped off whenever I unplug it.
@@p85film oh okay, well that easily addresses the battery issue. Mine has an aux outlet (cig lighter) under the rear part of the seat. I just plugged a two-port USB fast charge into it and ran the cable up under/over everything to where it pops out at the triple trees. I would just do the same for a camera. 👌
Downshifting and rpm’s being too high causes that jello look. And shitty roads up in the hills where we were. I ordered an arm for it, so when that comes in I’ll run another test.
Hahaha! I totally get what you’re saying. But a 360 camera doesn’t look as good as the osmo or a GoPro with the right settings. And the GoPro or “action camera” of your choice doesn’t track or follow unless it’s on your helmet and your looking wheee you want it to film. The osmo is a very specific style of camera and is making things like real quality usable rollers on a motorcycle a possibility. Totally get it tho. These things are not cheap and anything can happen. But the juice “is” worth the squeeze in my case.

🎉🎉 currently struggling between different POV’s and I can’t justify another Insta360 so I kinda wanted to change it up
What do you shoot with right now?
@@p85film I got me the insta360 x3 ; truly does most of what I need but I been on these group rides lately and find myself recording them mostly too

So pocket 3 is 360 camera? I really want to try as i am debating insta 360 or this on my Harley davidson low rider s

Good video ! I’ll definitely try it out
Hell yea!

Just to add - my main interest is the same as yours, but also as a dashcam.
It ready depends on what bike you have.Y bike has a usb installed in the front of the bike in the fairing. For me it’s really easy to run a cable.

Nice setup. The vibration kills the image, tho

If you ride forward and want everything crisp, probably need to take it off of continuous AF and set single AF mode
I made a new video where I address all of the issues I had in this one.
Roll the wheelie intro🤙🏻
Hahaha! My wheelies are trash! But I can pop em up! Full speed wheelies. 🤣🤣
Nice setup!! New sub ✌️
Thank you!!
How the fuck do u not have an insane amount of subscribers ur an amazing youtuber! Keep it up!
hahah thank you for that!
Do dope, shit! Love it✌
thank you!
My gimbal goes into protection mode when I try to record don’t think it’s due to the mode it’s in?
I’ve been pretty aggressive with mine and never even heard of that mode. You might have gotten a bad unit. Maybe a firmware update or something?
Please don't ware black when showing something bl, very hard to what you're holding.
Great tip! Thank you!
What's a roller?
when you are filming a moving vehicle. hence rolling. haha
No way I''m risking my pocket 3 while riding lol. Be better off with an action camera or insta360.
