- We'll be taking an in dept look on how to beat the Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind DLC. This time around is against Ansem! The final boss of Kingdom Hearts and the embodiment of darkness itself!
Great Guide. But you missed the other attacks he does in his Final DM. Where alters the gravity and shoots out Giant Orbs.
The third charge attack can be parried by a well-timed attack, leaving him open for combos or in Pedro's words, "punishment."
The timing on this is very weird and doesn’t work half the time, but it’s what I also used on my fight with him on my channel.
Ashe to Ashes Dart Feld. I see you’re a TLoD fan as well. I guess you can say timing for the parry is low like the timing for the capricious block is.
@@Firemasterlucky5 I sure am, man! LoD honestly changed my life. This whole Ansem ordeal was awful 😅. I was learning his pattern to attempt the fastest time with no items. Not sure if I achieved it or not but ended up beating him in 2:30
Ashe to Ashes AnsemSoD was a more favorable data fight to me next to YX. He actually had a pattern to follow easily (unlike Terranort's randomness) and a decent variety to figure out.
@@Firemasterlucky5 Terranort was a bully. I haven’t finished all the fights yet, but Saix was easily the hardest to do with any kind of grace lmao

@@tenn4127 Well, I started off beating them on my proud mode account, then I beat them all on my critical mode account. It was quite the challenge

Honestly, I jumped into the DLC Data Missions and just instantly felt overwhelmed, but this really shows how doable it really is
A much better way to avoid the energy bombs is to run against the wall and just dodge roll when they get in range

You can also block his charging attack. When he delays you can flash step in front of him to counter him.

For people having trouble with the dark phase you can cheese it a little bit bit using simba link.

Smart... To be honest he cheated so am I... I just spamming the focus gauge little by little so all the big attacks he have I am able to avoid it
I know these videos are a few years old at this point, but your videos have helped me a ton with finding openings were I originally just couldn't find them.
He isn't completely immune to attacks during his final attack. I took him down almost half a health bar the first time I saw him use it

I believe I was in rage form at the time. I wasn't doing much damage, but blocking and countering did tick away at it
pedro i just started kh3 and i beat lingering will, both sephiroths, and unknown do you think i have a chance against these 14 bosses?
I had Ansem throw at me everything he had, if I knew that you could smack him after the first dark blasts I could have end him sooner...

I've noticed you use the Kingdom Key. Are there any benefits to use it over other keyblades i.e. Ultima Weapon or is it just preference?
In most cases is just a personal preference, plus I feel ars arcnum is one of the strongest finishers in the game and is really satisfactory to land it
Just to let you know that you can actually skip Ansems second phase of where he turns the room dark.

um whats the move you used to get close while attacking?
Good but on critical you dont have the mp for that
just ignore the mines. Thats the crit level 1 pro codes strat....... im on lv1 and i focus step through the mines during thr 3 to 4 th laser and just start attacking, they disappear pretty soon after
