Earthree focus in longrange...we saw that he can combine shield and rifle to shot far distance. Marsfour focus in cqb close quarter combat. So it maintain balance between def, str, mobility.
And the Mars isn't Orange as with the Schneider.

I believe earthree is more like a balanced type that's similar to the original rx-78. Its so called "Long range shield Rifle" shot is just a rehash of the rx-78 II's two hand shot of the rifle
Hmmm, I think the Veetwo spraygun goes well with the cannon attachments though, it makes the whole gun look color separated.

Eh, I'm personally fine with the beam spray gun of the Core Gundam in light grey. It gives more color separation on the cannon instead of completely gun metal.

Bandai are selling their product based on the plastic used. Seperate box won't make the price higher.

Watch out for the P Bandai Psycho Core Gundam, you’ll build 5 core Gundams to combine like a zord from power rangers to make the psycho Gundam.
I don't really see the problem with splitting up kits like this. The amount of plastic in the veetwo gundam is about the same as the earthree for the same price (replace the rifle and shield extension parts with missile launchers). If they included the weapons in the kit, you'd be forced to pay an extra 500 yen. Splitting them up gives us consumers the option to not buy the weapons or gundam if we only want either one. If we want the complete package, we'd probably pay the total price of the two kits anyway, since Bandai is usually consistent about pricing based on plastic content. You're not giving Bandai more money; if anything, you have the option to give them less.
The price per plastic amount DOES make sense! It's like replacing a Earthree rifle plus half-shield option parts to a Veetwo gear.
Here is the upside. You can use the extra Earthree for the black armor and its weapons because you need a core gundam and it does not use the core rifle. You can also give the Marsfour rifle to the Veetwo.

I love the idea of the planet and core system. Being able to call in different armors for different situations is dope, especially since all the cores are the same, making them all compatible with each other.
I wonder how your going to feel about these after the 3rd and 4th iterations.
It's a really cool concept that kinda suffers from crap business practices, like selling the weapons separately and not even having the colors match up
You need the Earthree Gundam to be anime accurate anyway since that has the only anime accurate colored core Gundam
I would've preferred the Veetwo and the weapons to be sold together without the alternately colored core Gundam

Yea but it always intrigues me the veetwo is blue. The planet was named for its shiney red and orange atmosphere. It doesn't really matter it's just something I think about when I see it.

@@vanerek no its reflective nature appears more silver. However upon research, for the past 40 years there have been green lights observed from venus similar to Auroras like the northern lights, but they're very brief and at least from my quick search we aren't sure why yet.
Good thing the Marsfour doesn't need a third kit like the Veetwo to have color accurate weapons :)

If you bought twosets of the veetwo’s weapons could you arm it with a cannon on both sides of the back pack? Or a missle launcher on both sides?
The missile pods are ambi, but the cannon somewhat isn't. There is a hole on both sides, but the part where the armor piece connects juts out a bit compared to the opposite side. You can connect it on the other side, but it doesn't line up if you put cannons on both sides.
That Shoulder Cannon reminds me of G-line Mobile suits... Man! Do they deserve a model kit
Bandai is probably gonna eventually do what they did with the Gundam 00 Diver ace and have so that at the beginning their sold separately but eventually you can buy them all in one set

would you recommend this over the 30mm alto? seems like you get more stuff out of the box and the core figures are very similar. also within $1 price of each other.
How does Veetwo's core gundam look like with Earththree's armor, and vice versa? Would have loved to see it in your video.
If you actually think about and the reason why the beam spray guns are all different colors, it's too match the color scheme the Core Gundams are following. If you wanna be technical, the correct gundam to use for them is the Earthree Gundam's Core Gundam.
Another negative is that you can’t even use the beam bazooka with other kits if you just buy the weapons set because you still need a beam spray gun from the earth three

The number on the box you've pointing out is the chronological appearance in the anime. Thats what a store clerk told me during gundam expo
I get distinct hints of Sandrock influence in the Veetwo’s armor. Especially the shoulders
This is my favorite core for the Core Gundam. I don't even mind the different color of the base gun since I don't attach the stock on mine. It looks a little better and it doesnt restrict its movement
I've watched a couple of episodes and I think the reason you need the Earthree is because the Core Gundam from that kit actually wears all the other armors, at least the Mars one.
Just built my first gundam yesterday, the jupitive from re rise and it was awesome
Surfacer: I wouldn't say it's sandpaper in a can. it's more like a paint in itself with a fine grainy texture meant to allow paint to cling onto it well

I noticed something, the anime uses the core gundam in the colours you get in the earthree. I kinda wish they just did core gundams separately with more hands and adapters. Then the armour and weapons together. Might have made more sense. Bit like the haro and petitgguy
Looking back to this video with season two and realizing the coloration of the Core Gundam and Spray Gun with the Veetwo set were the original colorations for when it was first made
Im really not liking what they're doing with the packs fore the core gundam I.E pack and separate weapon.
If you look at the boxart of the Veetwo weapons more closely, you'll realize that the Core gundam that is equipped with the Veetwo unit is from the Earthree Gundam, not the G3 color version
I wish they just sold the Core Gundam’s with different colour schemes as a standalone, and sold the VeeTwo armour as a standalone as well, with a third set having the G-3 core, and the VeeTwo.

if you add the prices of the veetwo and the weapons, it's pretty much the same as the earthree..they just seprarated the weapon pack so people can buy it without the gundam..
Yeah but the problem is that most vendors will also increase the price of the separate sets, thus increasing the cost of getting the whole set compared to what we could've gotten if the entire thing was one whole kit

One more minor annoyance to the weapons pack: the missile launcher is ambi(can mount on the left or right side) but the cannon really isnt(sculpt isn't symmetrical) . Went and got 2 sets to have the Alto wield dual missile launchers, but can't do a dual cannon setup...
I feel like buying this kit, but at the same time, since I already have the Uraven Gundam, I might as well just get the Veetwo's weapons and mount it on the Uraven. Will it look good on the Uraven?
Totally can't wait to make a Kamen Rider W custom color for these kits!

the g3 colour scheme on the veetwo is actually quite nice in my opinion
something else that I dont know if it was thought of: the Veetwo Gundam is still plentiful, but the weapon sets seem to be discontinued. Really should have included the weapons in the box.
