I hope people can see a therapist, but Better Help is absolutely only a payday to UA-camrs. So sad that it’s happening all over again. I know this life isn’t free, but this brand deal isn’t it. Too many poor business practices. I hope you find a better brand deal.

@@TheresaPowersIt was actually a very kind comment and was what I was thinking.
Without subcribers the Beans won't have a YT, they won't be able to get an incime from what they do. They have built up their subscribers to 346 thousand, which is no easy feat.
The Beans as a couple look exhausted at the moment.
My partner and I have a camper van, I know how challanging it is living in a van already, and with having a baby boy it escalates that difficulty as we can see in this video.
      Having a baby changes everything.
If the subscribers understand what to expect, they will stay subscribers regardless of when videos are posted and will follow the journey wherever it may lead.
I also follow Leave Everything and Wonder on YT with Luca and Sara.
They also had a baby and tried to continue van life and it just wasn't working with a baby girl.
Sara and Luca bought a bigger van. They bought a piece of land in Sicily.
And they bought a 1 Euro arpartment to fix up.
As subscribers we enjoy them for who they are and still follow them no matter what they are transitioning to.
It is all good and part of life.
And we will follow the Beans because they are great people who have to reprioritise.
Sarcasm was so unnecessary attacking an innocent comment of support. Is that what you enjoy? Cutting people off at the kneecaps?
Please don't, we have enough trolls and nastiness going on on YT.
It would be so much more productive leaving an encouraging comment of your own. Peace.

No body shaming just what it is. I can relate. In some ways I am fitter than I used to be but in others not. Definately need to increase the exercise l. For years never really put.on weight but realised that over the last couple of years have. Not much but can feel it. May be good to be part of a group.

Good for you guys !!! After my husband passed away 8 years ago, I tried to eat my grief away, using food to comfort me. Last year I turned 70 and cut out sugar and got off my butt. I walk 5 to six miles every day and lift weights. I have now lost more than half of myself. I run up and down the stairs at the park on the lake near my house, Thats 73 stairs and I am now able to do it 5 times. My dream is to take my daughter to Positano for her 40th next year and thats why I am doing the stairs. I think doing this for your son and of course for yourselves is such a great motive. I wish you so much success. You got this !!!!

Well, we don't body shame. Period So you have grown into your mature older bodies. Yes we all do that. So now you feel the need to create more healthy bodies where you can be more active. That's okay, and you can do that. But, never shame your body or yourself, instead remember that life hands you lessons, and maybe this is one of them. Here's to great health and happiness. Cheers.

I’d seriously love to understand the terrible lessons that life has thrown at me over the past 12 years. If you elaborate more on your theory of not body shaming, and where you got or give that advice from. I’m very interested with the mental health and weight loss issue 😢

    • @isabellindlind
      @isabellindlind 5 місяців тому

@@Diorella_scent I consider it body shaming that people make remarks because I am underweight. It isn't a compliment for people to make any remarks about someone's weight and some people think that thinner people should take everything as a compliment.
I am perfectly healthy but how does anyone know I don't have an illness that they're pointing out is something they have to make a remark about. I don't have to explain myself to anyone. People have to mind their own business about stuff that cannot possibly, personally affect them.

I'm a Mom of 3 kids (now teens) and I've found that the most important aspect of my health, since becoming a parent, is getting a good night's sleep. I think you should sell the van and do the type of travel that allows you to sleep well most nights. That might mean Air BNB or hotels or a new camper van. But having a full night's rest is super important.

I think a problem with that is that soon Noah will need to go the school, or his Mum & Dad are going to have to start home schooling. And he will need to socialise with kids around his own age.
The van might then serve well for holidays and weekend trips. For home schooling, or a second baby, then consider a larger van.

Hey guys I get it. I'm 67 years old and the last time I got weighed back in September I was 213lbs. I couldn't fit in my 33" waist jeans anymore and was seriously thinking I would have to go to 35". I just couldn't do that, so In Jan (a resallution) I weened myself off of sweetened creamer in my coffee (the way that I had drank it since the age of 19) and pretty much cut out dairy. I also have cut down on prepared meals. Thanks to my grandson I get at least 3miles of walking in 5 days a week. I don't know how much I weigh because I don't have a scale, but I have been back in my 33" jeans since middle of May.So I would be willing to continue this journey with you guys so that I don't fall back. I have allowed some desserts on special occasion, but near as much as I used to. Being a Heinz variety of European blood I love sweets and bread! Bread is the one thing I won't go without. Sorry this is so long. I like you guys and "Endless Adventures"

Concerning Noah and his sleep - I highly recommend having a very fixed bedtime ritual . Get two new books that are only read right before he goes to bed. Come up with some phrases that you only say at night as you get him into bed, give him the same drink in the same cup, right before bed. Whatever you do, wherever you are, as much as possible, keep the bedtime ritual.

As fellow wanderlust/inspired van owners of a similar age (minus child for now) we have been inspired by your videos for some time and feel oddly invested in your journey! We also struggle with maintaining healthy waistlines for long durations and have periodic needs to strip life back to basics to create the runway to focus on health. It’s not easy when life revolves around food, talking about food or travelling to eat different food. Take as long as you need out and don’t worry about us. Our first night in the van, our youngest, who was 2 at the time, screamed, literally all night...allllllll night. There on after, she slept better and better.
Now, the first night in a while can be a challenge, but on the whole, both girls sleep better than at home, so do I. I don't know if it's being more active, being outside more, being close together as a family, or a combination of the three, but we all love being in our van.

Be the best spouse for each other, AND 3. Perhaps continue in your career as video creators. No pressure and lots of love being sent your way!! 🎉❤

You both are doing something that a lot of people can relate to. I applaud your joint decision to make your health a priority. It is hard to find a balance but when you are young and new parents, you could not have picked the right time. I am 68 years old and have struggled with loving cooking, baking, traveling, drinking wine and keeping all the effects of those loves. Good for you, I watch your channel faithfully and will continue to do so on this journey. Cheers!! I have lost five pounds this month. Coming back to the U.S. from a three month trip to Italy I got Covid 19 (first time) I lost five pounds as a result and stopped drinking any alcohol or having dessert with every meal. It's a start but it is not killing me. Keep the faith, your faithful fans are cheering you on.

Similarly to you, my husband and I have realized that we have succeeded in so much - EXCEPT our health. That’s constantly on the back burner and this year we decided that everything else would take a step back and the priority would be our health. We started working out 3x a week in Feb and have been consistently doing it. We signed ourselves up for a half marathon in September to keep ourselves accountable. Then we started focusing on nutrition. I started intermittent fasting, which was easy to do with our schedule. Just small steps. Totally worth it, and wish you the best on your journey!

I am 69 years old and switched to a whole food plant-based diet 15 years ago. I am the only one in my family who has no health problems and can do as I please. I moved to Mexico as a solo woman expat after traveling as a nomad for 5 years. I hope you will explore a whole food plant-based diet. Oh yeah... I also lost 70 pounds!!! and have kept it all off even though I was fat since I was a little girl. Good luck with this new adventure!!!

    • @lauragosnell2481

Funny I did the exact opposite. I had been on a plant based diet and was sick in bed without any good days. I watched a video on the carnivore diet. I didn’t eat meat because I feel bad for the animals. Which I still do, so I only do pasture raised. But, I may have one bad day here and there but I too lost 70 plus and all my labs are excellent. I am 56 and I workout everyday for at least an hour!! I feel like I hit the health lotto. So if something doesn’t work don’t give up!!

Yes! My family went WFPB and we all lost weight without even trying. It was the easiest diet (actually new way of life) that I’ve ever done. I’m so happy knowing that I’ve reversed comorbidities and I can maintain this way of eating for the rest of my life. Look up doctors Esselstyn, Greger, Fuhrman, McDougall, and many more, who show the actual scientific evidence supporting a WFPB diet.

I would be keen to join you on a healthier journey. Actually, you guys have put me on that path already, though you don’t know me. I bought a red T4 in Australia a few years ago and stumbled on your channel shortly after. Your idea of having a van in USA inspired me to percolate that idea and as a result a week ago I arrived in the UK and in a week I pick up my new-to me van in the Netherlands to embark on my gap year (at age 54) travelling Europe and documenting it on UA-cam!!!
I’ve been wanting to reach out to thank you for the inspiration so seeing your video today seemed like the perfect time to do so. Thank you.
