I don't understand the mindset here. While Rich Gaspari makes $100 million selling supplements, Ronnie Coleman makes millions, Jay Cutler makes millions, all as the EXPERTS that they are, not to mention all the high level trainers making great incomes like Dennis James, Dante Treudel, et al, why are you, someone who, by your bodybuilding career record is one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, their equal in every way, spending your precious time being trained by, who? You are THE KEVIN LEVRONE. I do not get it. . .
It takes a team to make a winner. No one really gets anywhere alone. Every champ had a nutritionists work with them as well as trainers and coaches.

I was trying to not mention it but this is the worst type of training I have ever seen in my life, it makes crossfit look good by comparison
Hes trying to build agility and athleticism. I think his training looks good. Alot of people his age are not moving like he is. It's working for him.
