10 वर्षो से अधिक तक यदि कोई निवेशक एक हि मुचुअल फंड मे निवेश करता रहता है ,अर्थात बिच मे कोई भी निकासी नहि करता है तो ऐसे निवेशक को (निकासी पर) कर मुक्त कर देना चाहिए , क्योकि देश के विकाश मे 10 वर्षो तक निवेस किया है , उसे कर से राहत देनी चाहिए?
